The actual body work on my car was very good. I couldn’t tell where the blend work was at all. Also the color matched exactly with the existing paint. That being said instead of the couple days that was estimated to get my car back turned into two weeks. I give body shops leeway of a a couple days because sometimes damage can’t found until it is taken apart. The issue was the car is made out of aluminum that can’t be “popped out”. I don’t know much about bodywork but I could have told them that. It took five days until I was called and told they figured it out. Then the part was ordered and of course takes time to ship, yada, yada. Also when I dropped off the car I asked about some other work I’d like done, agreed to the price and then upon receiving the car the work was not done. They gave me an estimate and I just payed my deductible grabbed the fob and left.

These guys are awesome and took care of my car sooner than anticipated. The work on my car body was perfect. They are easy and friendly to work with from the front receptionist area to the service reps who see your car and prepare the estimate. There is almost daily status of your car and they work with you to make any car rental easy and stress free. I can’t say enough about how well I and my car were treated! Thank you !

Even though you didn't get the chance to fix my totalled truck, you guys were Great. Treated me So much better than my car ins. co. I have used Carstar Northeast Collision before in Depew and now in Blasdell and am very pleased with the results of their work. Their staff is very nice and friendly and I appreciated the updates in the progress of my car. They even finished sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend them.
