Perfect example why you should not depend on the government for help and how terrible erie county services are. Forty minute wait time only to be hung up on. Great job Erie County. Great job.Clear reflection on how terrible our county leaders are and remain utter useless!

I am currently homeless. Went to DSS Homeless Unit. I had to fill out paperwork. Okay, understandable. Waited four hours to talk to someone. Their suggestion was to go to the City Mission. I filled out forms and waited four hours for that? Could have guessed that on my own.

Must say it used to be crazy in here, but they are trying to improve waiting times and have noticed whatever they are changing seems to be working out for the better
