I was expecting something awful given other reviews but I have to say Aaron’s customer service was top notch. He helped me figure out the best way to ship a couple of oddly sized large packages. He was professional, knowledgeable, proactive, and kind.

My friend went in today at 5:30 PM (3/28/2024) trying to print something. The printer was indicating that she had different size prints in her print job. She was just at another FedEx the others day and it didn't do that and she knew that the it was all the same size.
She asked the staff for assistance and asked if he knew why it would do that.
His response: "I'm not a software engineer."
Sir... That's inappropriate and unprofessional.
Also the reason why you might be working here.

Numerous times not open during business hours. When I questioned it I was told "I had attitude andI could leave there's the door." Zero customer service by rude employees. Never again and I've done a lot of business with them.

I’ll say for the most part staff have been nice, on occasion I’ve had a young lady not friendly at all. It is difficult when it’s busy and only one staff member juggling not only customers but deliveries coming in or going out.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! My dad came here to ship a small package, next thing you know the cops are getting called on him FOR NO REASON. The employee claimed my dad was “trespassing”. How is it possible to trespass PUBLIC property? I’m not sure the employee was aware that he didn’t own the store. The employee got all up in my dad’s face and started SCREAMING at him for no reason at all. My dad felt as though his physical safety was being threatened. After the police were called on my dad, my dad filed a police report and was told “this isn’t the first time we’ve come here”. This is so so crazy because how is this guy not fired?! The only reason he was yelling at my dad was because of the color of his skin. My dad was RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED against at this place!!!!! Fed Ex why is this employee not fired yet I don’t get it?!?! Never using Fed Ex EVER AGAIN! Also so mind blowing to see the rest of the reviews also being the same as this one. Most of the reviews are so bad I don’t know how this place is still running. Fed Ex needs to do better because this is just crazy in 2023!!!!

I have previously used this fed ex to mail items, return items, make copies, & the employees were terrific.Today was certainly not terrific but sadly terrible. I needed to make a few copies; there was only one customer & he was leaving shortly after I arrived. I asked the employee to check the balance on my fed ex card to use copier. He did, but I was unfamiliar with using the copier, I asked for assistance & the young man came over very briefly, I still had difficulty. I was the only customer in the store! The 2 employees did not seem interested in helping me. I finally figured out the machine, but it was a frustrating experience.The last time I needed copies, an employee assisted me, &’actually made the copies for me- unfortunately the 2 employees today were of no help at all. Very poor customer service. Not sure I will return to this fed ex in the future.

I had to drop off a package today and was lucky to have a gentleman named Ryan assist me. He was very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Ryan is the perfect example of fantastic customer service. He deserves a pat on the back and acknowledgement from FedEx for his hard work. Thank you Ryan and FedEx.
