I called to inform them that they've been sending mail to a deceased man. The customer service lady asked me seemingly unnecessary questions about how much mail I received, etc etc, and then got mad at me for saying "I just wanted to let someone know." A simple, "We are aware and we'll handle it," would have sufficed instead of yelling at me as if I were being nosy. I would hate to be a customer and have to answer to her for any real trouble.

Customer service woman was a wretch! I had tried to make a purchase this morning and it was denied as my card was blocked from using it at Starbucks-- where I often go!!- she told me she understands my frustration--ummm no you do not! Every time I make a purchase my card gets blocked!!! I asked who decides what I can and cannot purchase on my bank card? Of course no answer to that just overtalked me and rudely hung up the phone after unlocking MY MONEY!! Thought it'd be better to support a credit union but that is totally inaccurate!! Please take your business elsewhere as they decide when u can shop!!???

From my personal experience I can tell you that Mrs Rachel wacker is one of the best binary options/forex managers I have met in a while. Stay open regular business hours during the COVID-19 outbreak. Banks and Credit unions are essential businesses. By law you are supposed to be open.

Credit union made zero attempt to work with me regarding fraudulent charges to my account after placing a phone call to their branches. Instead, they took pride in tacking on over $100 in fees. I returned to close my account and Again zero attempt to resolve issue. If you want your money protected, there are better options then financial trust.

My experience with this credit union has been great. It is really nice that the tellers know my name and are always friendly. They also were extremely helpful when I lost my debit card. I am glad to be using this credit union. I really appreciate them

We went here to make a withdrawal then went back in a couple of minutes later because one of our children needed to use the restroom. They told us they didn't have a restroom for public use. Won't use the CU again.

I never write yelp reviews but saw the bad reviews and figured I'd post. It's a credit union. It's more basic than a regular bank. Less bells and whistles. Better interest rates. Exactly what you want.
