My family and I have been going to Jimmy and his team for years now. I feel like family when I’m there— they ask me how my parents are doing and have a genuine interest. Pete, at the front desk, gives great customer service! They do great work, I never feel over charged, and I value and trust their opinions about what needs to be done to my vehicle. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Bob and the guys at Firstchoice in depew should always be your first choice! Bright the truck in and had it back fast! They brought me home and picked me up to get it back! Awesome service, good price and knowledgeable!

Thanks James Paprocki and First Choice! My Jeep broke down while visiting from out of town and needed to head back to NC the next day. The First Choice crew went out of their way to get me back on the road. This is after I asked almost every other business in the area for an expedited appointment- all refused.
