was here buying a new power cable and controller set for my switch since I left my cable at the hospital over the weekend for my sons birth, and the employee Carly was generous enough to give me her personal power cable to help me save a couple bucks! Awesome employee and extremely grateful I will be back to buy more

I love this location. The employees were very helpful and courteous with my every need. Gavin and I can't remember the name of the girl that was working with him were amazing. The store had plenty of inventory to choose from and was laid out very nice. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Buffalo.

Got some advice on a product in the store from one of the employees and I was sad to find out they were wrong. Makes me wonder if it was just an innocent mistake or a move to make a sale.
