It’s hard to find good mechanics that are honest especially if you’re a girl. I got an engine diagnostic and wasn’t happy with their diag results which was $206.63 total. I just paid for it and not complain. They told me 2 catalytic converters was the problem in my car quoting $5,745.18. It seems they didn’t check anything at all and just read the code of P0420 and just assume that was the problem. I don’t recommend going here if you are trying to get a diagnostic in your car, they’ll just try to replace everything and charge you for it.

Long time customer went in today for tire rotation and was quoted $60. I said ok and left since I was in a hurry. I called 3 other Goodyear stores and rotation was quoted as $20. So, I called back to west Seneca to ask why the price difference. First rep was rude (said "ok?" And sat in silence when I told him I was concerned about the price difference) and went on to explain everything in the world has increased in price today. That would have been somewhat acceptable but I was just quoted $20 at another Goodyear store, I explained. He put me on hold, came back and said "yes it's "60 but we haven't started yet so do you want to come get the vehicle to have it done at the other store where it's $20?" I asked why, can he explain the difference and he said "that's what the boss said." I obviously needed to speak to "the boss."
Chris, the manager came on the line. Chris is rude every time I go in there, so I'm being nice but his answers were so abrasive I wasn't accepting them. He went on to explain the hourly rate for labor increased and this and that about the lift costs increasing. He also asked if I wanted to come get the vehicle and take it to the other Goodyear store wheee it's $20. They don't realize there are more than 50 tire businesses within a 40 mile radius? I advised I was concerned about the $40 increase from one store to the next. His reply, " you can be concerned. I'm not concerned" when I repeated this, he said "concerned about tire rotations." Now, I've been in there for sets of tires no less than 10 times and recently for >$2k in repairs, so for the manager to say he wasn't concerned , I was floored. He ultimately said he'd do it for $20 but I called back and told them I don't want Chris responsible for the people working on my vehicle considering he couldn't even successfully handle a telephone call.
I called corporate and explained about my experience with this manager to them and they were more than happy to assist.

Customer service is just a joke, the old grumpy guy is very rude and also they overcharging people's plus if you're are a woman they will add 50% extra to your final price guarantee. Zero stars, don't go there

I scheduled an appointment last week to have my ac in my car repair and informed the gentleman that I already had an evac and recharge with dye complete. I showed up today to drop of my car for the *repair* and he informed me that it was going to be $190.00 just to *diagnose* the problem. I am an o ly-parent to an 12-year-old boy with leukemia—my time and money are very important to me. I would've been happy to spend whatever the repair cost but I had already paid for the diagnosis part. I am on hold with corporate now.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I was just there yesterday for an oil change, idk if they got mad I used a family discount on my oil change and weren’t making enough money or what but they completely ripped me off. Had the guy call me and tell me my filters needed replaced (ONLY MY FILTERS HE SAID NOTHING ELSE) I asked how much altogether (this is including the damn oil change) he says “$161” why when I come into the shop my oil change that was $76 is now $250. How?!??!?! Christian I believe or Mark is who I was speaking to showed me the invoice stating “you saved $152” ummm where dude? You charged me $66 in labor for each filter change, keep in mind labor for my oil change was $20. Charged me for a ventilation cleaning service when I never said yes to this, and a smart tumbler deodorizer. I NEVER ASKED FOR THESE THINGS THAT I GOT STUCK PAYING. The manager was standing right there when I was complaining that his WORKER never suggested those 2 things to me that I was charged for. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I will NEVER be coming back to this location and I will tell everyone and their mother to never go to this location

I would avoid Goodyear if possible. Unfortunately, this establishment falls into the stigma around mechanics; they try to take advantage of your ignorance around vehicle repair to charge you an arm and a leg regarding something that does not necessarily need to be repaired, and then they will be condescending when you refuse their services any further. Do yourself a favor and research into what any mechanic tells you that you need done before allowing them to do it. You get a second opinion when you go to the doctors, so do the same with vehicle repair.

Wanted to charge me $692 to replace a $100 sensor. Took it somewhere else, and they didn't even need to replace it - just cleaned it.

Fantastic service. Kind and patient staff that went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Fair pricing. Reasonable time for job completion. They took excellent care of my mammoth. Would highly recommend!

Went to this shop for an oil change and a tire repair, I had a slow leak. I received a call back stating they could not patch my tire and recommended I get 4 new tires(750 dollars) I picked up my car and took it to another shop and they patched the tire for 20 dollars… very disappointing.

The reason why I keep going back to Goodyear in West Seneca is because of the great staff and service team, Chris always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right and recommends what’s needed, it’s never an upsell like other places. I would highly recommend West Seneca Goodyear to anyone. Thank you Goodyear West Seneca team !
