Let me start off by saying new tires are always gonna be better than used old tires.
I called for a quote on a set of 4 and I ultimately payed that same price, another shop wanted $500 more for the same set w install. I also realized I could have saved some more money if I ordered from Goodyear online with the Black Friday discount and % off with kudos/ rewards card cash back. The front desk lady I spoke with was nice but everyone seemed like they just wanted to go home. Took around 1.5hrs for install not bad. When my car was finished the tech didn’t put the parking brake on and when I got in my car and pushed the clutch in to start it my car rolled backwards, not cool. Took a short drive around to do some shopping and tires felt way better and no vibrations meaning they were balanced properly. On the way to and from the store my TPMS Light came on and I reset it through my car’s calibration setting, I called and they said to stop in to fix it. When I arrived they weren’t able to fix it because they didn’t have the right TPMS calibration tool for my sensors and told me that might be a “dealership thing”. When speaking to one of the techs he said “he didnt even think my wheels had TPMSs” which I thought was odd/funny. Might need my dealership to take a look at them for possible replacement. While I was there I also asked how they remove the wheel weights and they said with a scrape tool, but it looked like they used a flat head screwdriver because the barrel of one of my wheels has gouges in the metal that weren’t there previously. And all 4 wheels have what seems to be bite marks from the machine holding it in place along w scratches on some or all the wheels. Also mighta just been something in the road I ran over but I could have sworn one of the wheel weights fell off while I was driving slowly because it made a noise very similar to such, but no highway vibration or shaking.
Tires themselves: 5/5
Wait time/Quality: 2.5/5 was good but would prefer if they took their time to make sure nothing was damaged and done properly
Customer Service: 2-2.5/ 5 the lady I spoke with was nice but was irritated/ irritable, my experience with the techs took the majority of the rating down because I felt like I was lied to or they just didn’t care and wanted me out. I know not everyone is gonna treat things the way I treat them but the lack of care was definitely there, another reviewer mentioned they weren’t over achievers and I agree.
happy I got new tires but felt like my satisfaction was diminished by all the things touched on above. I tend to be very picky about my car and it might have been worth it to have the shop that quoted me $500 more do the work, but at the same time that is a lot of money.

This is a sketchy service center. I initially called this location few weeks ago and spoke to a young lady and asked her if Good Year, tops off and checks other fluids such as break fluid, radiator, power steering, windshield, transmission, similar to Valvoline and the Dealer. She said unequivocally they top of other fluids and have the synthetic oil my car needs, when asking her if she would be present/working during my time and date of my appointment, she said no, but she was a service manager. When showing up to my appointment, the person that claimed they would not be working would in fact be present working during my appointment. Upon taking my car back for the oil change, the technician and the service manager came running out to show me a " massive leak" in my car, which was more like some moisture from a car that has well over a 100k in mileage. I told them just do my oil change, and top off other fluids as needed and I do not want to pay for diagnostic, because I already have a trustworthy mechanic. They changed the oil, but refused to top off the radiator fluid and only filled up the windshield wiper fluid. When asked why, they will not top off other fluids, because I refused their diagnostic service for the " massive leak". Definitely not a trustworthy shop.

straight up lied about what was needed for my car to pass inspection with a $700+ bill. I took it to another shop and told the attendant my issue - he didn't tell his technicians what Goodyear evaluated as issues, and my car passed with no additional cost/repairs needed. 👍

Came in to change one of my tires because I had got a flat and Genesis took care of us. She was very helpful and provided us with excellent customer service giving us new information that we did not know prior from today.

Bought new tires last year and they weren't new. Complaining constantly about having to get air in tires until I lost my composure with manager. Tires are not dry rotten and they are refusing to make it right by me. Spent over $400 on 4 copper evolution tires that looked like they have sat in storage for years. Claim made, phone calls ignored and nothing. Informed them of lawsuit if tires are not replaced. Totally frustrated and highly upset with the way they're taking advantage. Tires have a 6 yr guarantee and it's only been one year. Jim, I am requesting new tires now! Thank you

They probably did an okay oil change but they didnt use an easy-remove sticker to indicate my next change. I had to scrape their cheap sticker off with a razor. Cheap sticker likely means cheap people doing cheap service. Price I paid was not cheap. I will not visit again.

This service was the light at the end of the tunnel! I’ve had an awful experience with another car company all week and needed a re-inspection after fixing the car issues. I stopped by and although they were booked for the day, they were able to squeeze me in for a 15-minute appointment. They were super kind and explained what they did for the re-inspection. I really appreciate their kindness and will for sure return for future car services.

I went in for a NYS Inspection and they told me that my brake line was leaking. I looked at my garage floor and saw no stains or spots indicating as much. I always check my brake fluid and it was always full. I told them not to fix it ($1100) and they told me I had to now, since it was leaking more. I just don't trust them. Every time I go for something simple (tire rotation, NYS Inspection) they tell me something else is wrong. Please be aware when you go there. I do not recommend them at all.

William (Bill Goldstein) asst service manager at the Goodyear in Kenmore NY helped us get back on the road quickly to make our cousins wedding after our tire blew hitting a pothole. He was patient with us, answering our questions & ordered the tires we required in same day so we could make the wedding when other places we called could not make it happen. Much appreciated!
