Exactly what my pets and I need in a vet. Its nice to trust what you are told and not have to second guess anything after you leave.

Do not go here. Paid $2,000 to get my dogs leg stitched up. The stitches popped out THE NEXT DAY walking him to use the bathroom. I called them to bring him in so they can re do the stitches and they are refusing due to other emergencies. Sending us to a different emergency vet to redo them and having to pay to get him stitched up again. Do NOT waste your time and money on this place. They do not stand by their work.

I called as I was concerned I just found a tick on my puppy. I was also in the process of looking for a new vet for my puppy. They got me in right away to see my puppy, safely remove the tick, give him an exam, and educate us on what vaccine series and treatments our puppy needs. All of the staff was amazing, it was very clean, and I feel I have found a vet I trust for our boy. Everyone was extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend!

Harris Hill Animal Hospital has been nothing but amazing and welcoming. I became a new patient with my new little puppy. She is so important to me and they treat her just like she is their own dog. Always making sure she is comfortable and cared for so I have no worries. I can't express it enough how grateful I am for this veterinary clinic.

We always have a great experience with Dr. Navickas. She has been caring for our cat since we found her as a stray kitten in 2018. We now have two anxious lab rescues with whom she is very kind and patient with and I can see that they trust her and her staff. She was able to give us feedback on what to train/reward at home to better prepare the boys for their next exam. The front desk staff is also always very welcoming and patient. Thank you!

My initial visit and my cats were very happy. The staff was very friendly and patient. The doctor was great at answering all my questions about indoor cats, and we got their shot records up to date. We will definitely be returning. Thank you

Patsy visited her vet for her routine vaccinations which were done promptly at scheduled time. Dr. & staff make such a fuss over her...I guess she likes her dr. Visits.

This is my first time writing a review and need to let you know there are better places out there to take you pet, places that show compassion and empathy! I can't believe taking my dog in to cross that bridge was heart ripping to say the least, but only a trainee had any sympathy, the other tech could have cared less acted like she had better things to do. and then when I went to pick up his ashes, No bag, no foot print that I was told I'd received just handed him over like he meant nothing. my other 2 are assigned there, but will find a better facility that gives a crap, not only about my pets but also the feeling of trusting their care to someone to care for them, they are our family and should be treated as such and not just a $$ sign attached!!

This is my first review of anything because I believe in small business and understand that reviews do have an impact but DO NOT take your animals here. I was carrying my dog into their facility and the front desk attendant asked if I wanted her nails cut during her visit... My animal could barely walk. They "treated" our dog by taking multiple X-rays and gave her a bag of lactated ringers. To no surprise they had no diagnosis for her. Her blood work came back normal, there were no blockages so we took her home. I asked what they do for people who can't afford care and asked if they turned them away, the attending vet looked at me and said "pretty much". $1800 later for a bag of lactated ringers, blood work, and some radiographs (they charge you by the image). Our dog is going to a new vet tomorrow because she's still sick and they won't release her records to us. Cherry on top after I paid the bill was, "Thank god you have pet insurance" with a smug grin on the desk attendant's face. Don't take your animals here.

The team is fantastic with my dogs and gives them the specific attention they need. The relationship built with my animals is great. The Doctor takes the time to pet and engage with my dogs, making them excited to visit while feeling comfortable during the visit. The Doctor addresses all of my concerns.

Harris Hill is always very helpful and sympathetic to our needs with our animals. They always there if there is an issue. Everyone is friendly and it is very comfortable atmosphere. They are very knowledgeable of what to do with our pets and are very gentle with them. I recommend them to anyone who wants good care for their animals.

Facility was clean and comfortable. I was able to get an appointment on short notice, and the extended hours plus drop-off policy are huge benefits. The staff overall are very welcoming and accommodating; one of my cats gets very car sick, but they were willing to clean him up a bit as well as the carrier in which he made a big mess. The vet I spoke to, Kimberly Hitt, made me feel heard and was reassuring to me, as I've never had cats before and suddenly have two!

After being traumatized by another vet. office, Harris Hill has been very patient & helpful in calming our dog once again in an office visit. All the staff there is very pleasant and courteous.
