I purchased a hoodie for my brother as a Christmas present, and the package unfortunately got lost in the mail. I called and spoke to Jill and she was very nice and understanding, and she was able to replace the hoodie for me in time for Christmas. Awesome store with awesome customer service, I will definitely be shopping with identity ink in the future.Go Bills!
