The worst Keybank branch ever.They froze my account, I went to Hopkins road branch, no one gave me a proper answer, I was told to call the 800 number, I called the 800 number and they told me that you have to go back to the branch in person because the manager restricted your account, I went back to the bank next day but they didn’t take any responsibility, I had to go back and forth for 3 days and the last day the manager asked for my phone number but never called me back to resolve my issue, the manager of this branch is in favor of her own friends and people who she knows, as a business owner I regret doing business with them and do not suggest anyone else to work with them either.

I am not happy about the reduced drive through hours. As a business owner the drive thru should be open past 5 at least days a week. It closes at 4 most days. Also the service is very slow, I think the same people work inside and drive thru. I have been the only car in line and wait over 20 minutes for a simple transaction.

The "leaders" and management of this place leave a lot to be desired. Very difficult to do business with. Even when I went to close my account, I was getting pushback on getting my own money out! I can't speak for other Key branches but this one by far is the worst
