I've been putting off buying a new sofa for a very long time. So this was an experience for me. A very pleasant experience. I'm really happy that I chose La-Z-Boy Amherst. The woman that helped me was very welcoming. She absolutely knew what she was doing, very professional. She made my experience easy and enjoyable. So happy that I did not shop around to other furniture stores. I've had my eye on La-Z-Boy furniture for a very long time due to their reputation.

The chair is extremely uncomfortable and when we called thre store we were told there would be a 30 % restocking fee and we had 2 hours to make. up our minds. Never again will i do business with you.
