I called and verified that I could return my microwave I purchased 45 days prior. They said yes. I gave them my name and number and told them I would be buying the exact same replacement and to please have it ready. When I got there, they said I couldn't return it and refused to honor the word of the employee I talked to. They said I needed to talk to a manager to get it approved. Marvin did not admit he was the manager and would not tell me his name. I had to get it from another store employee. When I asked Marvin for his last name, he refused. He refused to give me his name, told me that I only had 2 days to return a microwave, and told me I never called someone and got permission to return it. Marvin is not Lowe's quality management.

Went to Lowe's to purchase a $500 toolbox. Went to customer service for help. The man said he would call someone to come help me pick it up and load it into my car. After about 15 minutes he said oh sorry I don't know what to tell you, I then had to find a man walking around the store, then went to look for a flatbed because the guy at the service desk told me if I wanted one I have to find one floating around somewhere. The man I found in the store did however help. I don't think it should take a half an hour to find help to purchase a $500 product.

Omg. Received a damaged dishwasher. I’ve been trying for DAYSSSSSSS to get this resolved. The store manager will be “here all day”- yet then he’s gone, and never calls back. Messages left, constant excuses why they cannot come to the phone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I have been called 3 times to tell me my smoker is ready and when I go to show up it’s never ready. Then when I call to ask why this is happening they have no answer for me and just tell me it will be ready the next day and it never is I am still currently waiting to get this smoker after 3 weeks. I will never be going to a Lowe’s again worst company and customer service I’ve ever experienced

I started a flooring project back in April. Then my guy quit. It took months of me calling to get a new flooring project member. I paid for my floors in August, they told me 2 weeks till product. Turns out after 6 weeks they never put my order in. Then my delivery was never scheduled after i took a day off from work. Then my instal crew no show no called, again lost another day off from work. Now I need to take a 3rd day off. No managers will call me back after at least 6 attempts. I still haven't heard back so I'll be returning my over 4k floor project to their store this weekend**12/2/23 floors installed 6 weekd ago, told I would be contacted for compensation immediately after.. 6 weeks later and no solution. Keep getting ignored and lied to. Lost over 1 000k dollars on this project and now I'm asking for a contact for small claims court and keep getting ignored and told to call somebody else.I will NOT be using lowes for the rest of my flooring project. Danielle in service Pros also lied multiple times and won't respond to me. I've contacted lowes and service Pros over a dozen times I have screenshots of all my calls. Which is again 40min a call, another over 8 hours of my time without a solution.

We tried to buy 23 items and was forced to go through self checkout. Had a problem with a card so went to pay with cash. The the cashier said the order had to be done over again. I scanned again and put money in first then card only to be told it can not be done that way. So the cashier took out items over to a regular checkout counter and started to process our order when a self check out register was requiring her attention and she left us for a few minutes. Then she returned only to have to start over again. This cycle went on for twenty minutes. When she returned to process our order an eighth time she said that the self checkouts came first and that I did not matter at this point in time. I gave my cards to my husband and said I can not stand around waiting to be treated like I was not worth anything let alone my time. Managers were not even willing to help. This cashier was responsible to cover 9 or 10 registers. My sale was for about $600.00 and I ended up walking away because of incompetence and uncaring responses of workers. Will I ever go back to the Niagara Falls Blvd Amherst NY store again, I doubt it. Plus this cashier needs education on how to act around a qualified service dog. She made my dog uneasy by her constant frustration of leaving us and telling me my dog is in the way.

The guy in the door department was very patient and kind. The issue was he had no help with about 4 different people needing his help. I waited for over 20 minutes when a manager came over to help. The poor guy had to go up front to get a phone number for a customer to call instead of the manager going up and doing it. I worked in retail management for years and that is something super simple she could have done which would have allowed him to help others. When he walked away she stood up turned her back to me and said who can I help next. She was so rude we walked out. Poor management.

Good options for choosing between different brands. For outdoor though, the bricks/stone can change color year to year, so get all you need in the 1st year or you may need to swap or mix colors you hadn't pla. Ed on using.

A mixed review.On an initial visit Bob from plumbing was friendly and helpful. We have shopped at Lowe's for years and like the store.On a second visit, customer service was non existent. It took forever to be able to simply pick up an ordered item even after calling to confirm and having the bay number and slot.The worst was getting home (many miles and an international border away) to find the item damaged.Upon returning the damaged goods we were sold, there was not even an apology. We were then out of pocket for our time, fuel costs and tolls.How easy it would have been for a rep to offer an apology and maybe even a measly store credit so loyal, long time customers would continue to shop there!Unacceptable.

This place is completely unreliable. I ORDERED 2 DOORS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR AND STILL FIGHTING TO GET MY DOORS! Every time I work with Lowe's for an order or some job to get done THIS HAPPENS. I HAVE CALLED ABOUT MY ORDER ONLY TO BE SENT AROUND PLAYING PHONE TAG TO ONLY BE LEFT ON A DIAL TONE OR JUST STRAIGHT UP HUNG UP ON.

Employee attitude very poor. Return policy absolutely terrible. Doing phone sales for customers always a hassle. Also returning items that are through a phone is very difficult because they email the receipt. So as a pro member I find it hard to recommend this place to my customers.
