I usually don't write reviews but their assistant manager Jessie really went above and beyond helping me get my vehicle fixed on time. He is very friendly, and was impressed by how much he knew about vehicles in general. I have already recommended friends and family to his location (Transit rd, Williamsville) and they did a fantastic job fixing all the issues I was having.

The labor charges are insane .. I was charged twice for labor and they already had my vehicle on the lift to replace a sensor & fuel flush that they recommended

I came in for my yearly inspection and to have the brakes checked. These guys at this location are always so pleasant to work with. They listen to what’s going on, but don’t take advantage of the situation and try to push unnecessary services and/or fixes. They are also very quick and efficient with getting the car in and out so I can carry on with my day.

Deceptive. Went in to have a noise checked out and left with a louder noise and other issues and had to take my car to the dealer and was told Monro did more damage to the car. One of the guys joked about how women don't know anything about cars and laughed about it. When the car was not fixed I called the corporate office and they said it was not their problem. The customers are not treated with respect and the wait time is long. Shameful practices

My husband lost his brakes late this afternoon and got his truck over to Monroe in Williamsville. There was a manager, three mechanics and five open bays. Rather than help him at all - they said, sorry we are closing in 30 minutes, we can’t help. He explained he was 2 hours from home. They stood around waiting to clock out while my husband was under his truck in the rain trying to figure out what the issue was in Monroe’s parking lot. Thank god Mavis was still open and happy to take our business.

Not at all recommended for ev’s. They don’t have equipment to replace tire for tesla car.
