I have been going here for over 10 years with my Cats. It was great when Dr Theresa Labuszewski was the Veterinarian and owner. I brought my cat in April for his senior check up. The first thing I noticed when I arrived that it was not as clean the last visit. I was surprised. While waiting in the room for Dr. Theresa, the tech came in to take information then said Dr. Tower will be in soon. I asked who doctor Tower was and she said the new owner. I was taken by surprise. I received no notice about this change. She said they posted it on Facebook. They never sent out a letter. I brought my cat in a few months later as he was bleeding from the rectum. She said he needed his anal glands drained which was obviously a very painful situation for him. A couple weeks later, he had the same problem. I had to collect a stool sample and get someone to drop it off. This office is not close to me. I called later in the day to find out if they had any information and how much I owe. I mentioned I finally was able to get this brought in. I was supposed to bring a sample within the 30 days of his senior profile. She said "oh, they probably threw it out, can you drop off another sample"? I was livid. That was collected the night before and kept double bagged in a small refrigerator all night. She then said she will check and call me back. She had a guy from the office call to tell me they pulled it out of the garbage and not to worry. I was even more angry that they could make me believe that this sample was worth testing after sitting in a garbage all day. The following day, the girl from the office called me to tell me I had to pay for the test before they ran it!!!! I was blown away!!!! I requested both of my cats records and told my daughter to request her cat's records as well. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This clinic is extremely unprofessional.

Always a solid experience when I take my dog there. The staff is friendly, helpful, and smart. Prices are good!

I have 3 dogs and was in need of a new Vet.
Dr. Tower was recommended to me, so I figured I would give her a try.
Well,,,
She is a fear free Vet. With reasonable prices.
Her office staff was kind, patient, and loving.
I was very impressed!

We have had numerous animals looked at by Dr. Thresa, and now Dr. Tower. In the 20+ years we have gone to Animal Hospitable with either cats or dogs (20+ animals), we knew that they were getting the best of care. If they could not immediately diagnose an issue, they researched it, and if necessary consulted with Cornell University vets to provide the animal (and us) with best treatment or options. Our daughter became a veterinary doctor (DVM) partially due to the Animal Hospitable doctor's dedication to animals. The veterinary technicians and office staff always provided a personal touch, and are helpful and courteous.

Wonderful caring doctors (both Dr Labuszewski and Dr Tower) and staff. Dr Labuszewski saved my dog nearly 10 years ago when another clinic misdiagnosed and financially took advantage of our emotional state. Dr Labuszewski gave very matter of fact advice, explained everything very clearly, and my dog happily lived another 3 years without needing
surgery.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Teresa's dedication to help my cat. The tech and front staff here are very nice, and handle my cat gently.

The staff is excellent with my cat. She’s very vocal and behavioral but they do an amazing job with her. Dr. Teresa is an amazing doctor who cares about your animals that you bring to her. Everyone there cares about the animals you bring to them and they are always available to answer any questions or get you in for a last minute appointment. I trust the staff completely with my cat. Thank you everyone for all you do and for caring about our pets that we bring to you.

Dr. Tower is amazing. Unfortunately, I never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Theresa, but she chose a wonderful vet to take over her business. Dr. Tower is truly caring and takes the time to let your pet acclimate to the new smells, sounds, and people. Snacks hShe's moving toward full Fear Free practices, which is wonderful for all pets. Molly approves.

Amazing staff!! Dr. Amanda Tower recently took over Dr. Theresa, and she is a wonderful vet. They are slowly transitioning to Fear Free practices, and truly care for the well being of the fur babies they care for.

All the staff were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Lulu was very nervous and they took special care of her. Of course, we love Dr. Amanda!
