I hadn't been to Tops in years and was so pleasantly surprised.. store looked like it had a full remodel, looked spotless, and the shelves were stocked in the most organized and uniform way I've ever seen anywhere.. I also found some delicious and reasonably priced items in their bakery, and a nice cashier happily cashed me out (rather than leaving me no choice but to use their self-checkouts). I'll definitely be back!

Nice little store to grab what you need fast compared to searching for items somewhere huge like Walmart where you waste more time. Atm is not fully functional, the advertised tap feature on it does not work

Racist employee refuses to help at self checkout. At around 12:59 AM on 9.26.24. told me "go to another register if you don't like it" so I put down my items and immediately walked out. Never coming back to this racist place

Awesome awesome store! Spotlessly clean. Wide aisles. Friendly and helpful workers. They have absolutely everything. Food gifts toys flowers food deli prepared foods frozen foods candy bread soaps paper goods cleaning supplies. Huge parking area fa iCloud store.

What's the deal with the concrete island in front of the entrance from N Bailey? It was covered in snow with tracks over it so I didn't think much of it until my front end slammed down hard into the parking lot. Have to replace my entire catalytic converter because of this.... Smfh nearly $3,000.00 down the drain

This is my favourite Tops in Western New York! I’ve been coming to this location for many years and I am always delighted to visit the store and shop in a very clean supermarket. The displays throughout the store are some of the best displays I’ve ever seen in any market. Keep up the good work!

Went there on Wednesday at 12:30 pm and there was one shopping cart in the store, how is this possible. And ninety percent of the people who work here need a course on customer relations.

I like their bakery. It compares well with Wegmans, and in my opinion, it's better than Walmart and Whole Foods when you consider the variety and the price. They offer a good selection of Kosher foods, and their ready to eat section is good with different and delicious foods.
