Overall, it's a clean, well-stocked establishment. The warm food at the carryout is nice. However, the food is overpriced; we don't live in Alaska, compared to the other stores and their quality. The self-checkout registers also need more attention to keep them tidy and clean, that would make the customers feel like they are worth the effort and cared for. No one wants to put their food on a soiled register or have to ask for paper towels to have it cleaned, which holds up the next person in line. You know I'm right!

The worst store in Erie County very disrespectful and no moral character!!! The manager store clerk and the security guard!!! The one with the Long dusty looking beard, all of them should be let go!! If Tops allow this type of behavior from their staff they should close the store!!! Negative 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Tops is my favorite because they're smaller than the others and most of the time they have everything I'm looking for. The West Seneca one store is always out of the things I'm needing. Only downfall is that you have to ask a cart guy to get you a mobility cart because kids play with them so they have to put them away in the back.
