“This location is a nice size. I have never had a bad experience at this location. I have been shopping here for over 8 years with no issues. The inventory always seems to be stocked. The only negative is they seem to be understaffed.”

“They always have snails that live after a week of getting them home unlike PetSmart but I adopted my chinchillas and Guinea pig from here. The staff was helpful and passionate about the adoption. They were overly informative and ensured a great transition from store to home. I was completely impressed by them.”
