Live right down the road, coffee here is a no go sadly. Both shifts burn it and leave it. Typical dandy pizza and subs. The store is clean. Staff is friendly. But man would it be nice to have fresh coffee without going down to Watkins or way over to Odessa. Was great to get the parking lot patched because it’s normally gas and go quick in and out.

Went and got 2 cheesesteak subs tonight with mozz sicks. We got 3 mozz sticks. Supposed to be 5! Then our cheesesteak subs neither had cheese. They were both cold!! Not toasted. Per we ordered sucked! Never go again! We will take extra drive to hector!!!!

The food is great there 👍 and they have great philly cheese steaks 🥪 they have great employees 😀 and its very clean there🧹 and they have great drinks 🥤 and also a fountain drink station 🥤 a slushie🍧 are and a ice cream shake maker 🍨 and a clean bathroom 🚻 🫧🧼 so overall it's great and if you're stopping in burdett ny it's a must have 😃👍♥️

The fountain drink lids did not fit. Employee stated that she was aware and had notified the manager.

This store sucks they have nothing out to grab and go when u r in a hurry. The stuff r rude and not friendly. They r slow and act like they don't know what to do. And half of the time there is no one around to help customers with anything.

Asked for lots of lettuce. I said when you think you have a lot, put on more.". There was barely any lettuce at all. It didn't even have lettuce across the whole sub. The roll was stale and fell apart. I asked for ripe red tomatoes or don't put any on. The tomatoes were pinkish orange and crunchy. They refused to dress only half the sub. Worst sub ever. Won't be back
