I've had many deer processed there and they are very good. Harry is a professional and his sons are very professional young men. Hopefully soon I will be bringing goats to them as well.

The staff was extremely professional. It was a very clean shop, and they were very considerate with the animals. I had my sheep processed today, and it was a good experience. I highly recommend.

Located in Franklin County, NY, Miller & Sons Butchering Shop is open from September through April. They are a locally owned & family operated buther shop that offers in-season venison processing, They also provide custom butchering for beef, pork, sheep, and goat.
Closed from end of April until September.
