Terrible. Used them for over 6 years. Had to file ONE claim in that time due to a leak that caused water damage in my kitchen and they just sent me a notice of nonrenewal because of it. Isn't that the POINT OF INSURANCE?

Worst insurance company. I was dropped from coverage because my claim was not resolved in 2 months but they took over 2 months to send the insurance check. Happy I was dropped to move on to a much better insurance company.

They canceled my insurance because my mail is forwarded to another address due to personal reasons. Then I had to write a letter and get it notarized just for them to reinstate the home insurance.
I would highly suggest ask all questions ahead of time! It still does not make sense for me what happened.
