“Every part of our experience has been outstanding. However, our salesman, Ken has gone above and beyond. Being first-time hot tub owners, we lacked any general knowledge and confidence required to balance spa water. Ken answers his cell phone outside of his work hours and has patiently walked us through our issues and questions during our initial set up. He even made a house call to make sure we were able to resolve our hard water balancing act so that we could get in our spa asap. Highly recommend!”

The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of furniture is more than adequate. We are all very pleased with our purchases including couches, chairs and mattress. They are attractive pieces of furniture that hold up well. There have been no unusual or unexpected problems with delivery. ....Having read previous reviews here I would say that at least some are either coming from people who work at competitor's stores, like to write negative reviews for amusement or are determined to be difficult to please before they enter the store. ...I would and have recommended Raymour and Flanigan to family, friends and acquaintances.”

“My local target growing up in nisky. This target location upgraded and renovated to a modernized architecture department store. I liked the beauty/cosmetic sections where it's designed like Sephora makeup floor with lots of lightings, center aisle and sections for different beauty products. Service is always great, I like to go to target at night rather than day time to avoid the crowds. AREA OF IMPROVEMENT Many times when I go to return some products. I noticed there's a long line ppl waiting to return things as well. There's a staffing issue happening almost everyday in the return/exchange counter. Target should allocate floor staffs accordingly to accommodate to customers.”

“We have both purchased in store and had purchases delivered via online shopping over the years and, today for the first time, picked up groceries in store after placing ordered online. It was free and they sent an email notification that the order was ready for pickup, and the pickup was pain free, so would do it again for sure. The lessened enthusiasm over the last few years has to do with Target stopping carrying Mossimo clothing and replacing with what we feel are of lesser quality, which is why we haven't bought any clothing from Target in years and is the reason for a star deduction. Besides the above, for me Target is still one of the top considerations for shopping in terms of value, overall customer service, selection, and store layout. I hope they continue to improve.”

“I was not expecting to be writing a review for Target, but I was so impressed with a recent experience that I felt the need to share. My wife and I were heading to the check-out registers hand carrying just four items and an empty reusable Target bag. There were two registers open with lines of people pushing baskets filled with goods. The self-checkout stations were all busy and a few more customers were on queue there. Just as we stopped to peruse where we would choose to lineup, a voice spoke out to us asking if we were planning to use either a credit or debit card. As we turned to the voice speaking, we observed an employee standing at a small table amongst some clothing displays holding a portable, wireless, credit card terminal. We responded in the affirmative to using a credit card and she promptly checked us out and provided a printed receipt. Two minutes and we were on our way. It wasn't the technology that amazed me, I first saw this over twenty years ago in Europe, it was the customer service. Recognizing that we had few items and our own bag for carryout, this employee singled us out for a quick and easy checkout process. Thank you, Target store manager, for effectively managing your staff. During this current time of difficulty finding workers, I should also mention that I was impressed with the number of employees I saw throughout the store stocking merchandise. This was quite refreshing.”
