“My sister, friend and I came in to have our dog put down due to old age. All the staff was so friendly and caring and they gave us as much time as we needed with her, made her as comfortable as possible (meds, blankie, lots of love from them too) they let us stay through the entire process and made sure we had paw prints for her and a nose boop for my sister. They made the experience as easy as possible for us!!! Thank you all so much for helping us through this process!”
“I can’t thank Dr. McKenna and the staff at Country Lane Veterinary enough for squeezing us in today for our Great Dane Puppy Ivy who was having gastrointestinal issues. They have always gone above and beyond with all of our Great Danes when there have been emergencies (Thank God there haven’t been too many)!”
“I know there are a lot of animal hospitalsaround the area, rightly so because our animals are family and we always want the best for them.So this one for a friend that she had no other choice but to put her cat to sleep 4 days ago.She called and asked if I could help take her& cat to this hospital at the last minute.May I say the workers here went up and beyond to give her and her cat the best outcome if possible. But in the end, the cat was beyond help.Yes, my friend was offered a temp solution to maybe keep her cat going, but she knew thatshe could not make it suffer more.It was a very hard day for her and me as a friendseeing her go through it.Many praises too all the workers and staff atthis animal hospital. I just can not say enoughabout how well the staff handled the whole situation.”

“Every time we go to PetCo, we are always greeted friendly and if we need help or assistance, they are quick to help us or find the best person to assist us. This visit was a grooming visit for Cheech, my 11 yr old sheltie. Sarah was amazing!! When I saw Cheech, I almost thought she gave me the wrong dog back, lol. “We take our bully pit to get groomed once a month and cannot express how much we appreciate Zala, our groomer. She is the absolute best to our dog and he is a handful!! We usually leave and come back, but today we stayed and I saw Zala giving our dog lots of love. She is so patient”
