“Country Lane Veterinary staff and Dr George McKenna were very friendly, welcoming, helpful, understanding with my concerns (for my over weight cats), and my needs (for my new kitten vaccinations). They helped me understand how to watch my cats’ diets more closely. Staff were not judgmental of me at all for anything. They were all showing my pets so much of their kindness and care, and at the same time, they were all very sweet and kind to me too! I really needed their kindness. Kindness goes a long way. Their kindness here is very true, not FAKE that you see in many other places. I am so happy I found a great place for my pets to be vetted and cared for when they need it. “I usually don’t make reviews but I feel like this is an exception. I unfortunately had to put down a pet for the first time. Despite how hard it was to say goodbye to my cat, the staff at the Brockport Animal Hospital went above and beyond for my cat and me. Nicole, Courtney, and Dr. Handler were incredibly supportive the entire time. I sincerely appreciate Nicole for staying with me throughout the entire process. I had anticipated feeling pain and terrible feelings (which I did) but I believe that my grieving process has been made easier due to their support. If I decide to have another pet, I will for sure return to the Brockport Animal Hospital.”
“2nd generation customer here. I remember bringing dogs and cats here since I was just a child and continue to bring my own family's pets. I can't imagine trusting a vet more than I trust Dr. Schalk with my cats and dog. Staff is always so kind. You get in right at your appointment time. Prices are reasonable and transparent, best of all availability and commitment are unmatched. He even saw us Easter morning to ensure our cat got the care he needed during a life threatening health crisis. Our cat stays calm and even purrs during exams and blood draws because Dr. Schalk and his vet tech Rachel are so comforting. Dr. Schalk does an amazing job of explaining everything thoroughly as well as answering any questions you may have. I appreciate his perfect mix of relaying information kindly but still respectfully blunt so you're not left confused. Rachel has been the perfect addition to LeRoy Animal Clinic. Her love of animals is so apparent and seen in every interaction. Dr. Schalk and Rachel make such a fantastic team, their collaboration saved my cat's life. And this is just this past year. I have so many positive experiences here! I'm so thankful for this clinic and everyone in it.”
