Great place, great staff. Only thing I wish was for more and better parking. It's a very busy convenient store.

There is a drug dealer hanging out side starting fights with people often. I have told the district manager and said stuff to the corporate office online often he is still there

Store was clean(ish). Thats the only positive. Otherwise this place seems like it's just the local homeless shelter. Guess the no loitering signs don't work. Saw a customer with his mask under his chin, picking his nose and touching handles. Long line to check out, staff not friendly, choice of products was pretty miserable. Had to settle on the few energy drinks I was there to buy. Card reader was busted. Won't be back.

Was always my go-to store. Staff is helpful & friendly. However, at any given time, 1/2 of customers are un masked. Wish Gov. had fully worked out monitoring of mandate and enforcing. No one is held accountable. It is not up to staff to confront customers. Persons in law enforcement with credentials to detain, ticket & or discuss with these customers should do spot checks. It would probably take only 1 or two fines or warnings to get the word out and encourage people to wear masks in public for the safety of all.

The thing about it, if we look it straight in the eye, is that sometimes -- no matter the face or facade we put on, no matter the genuineness of the intent or the falseness of it all -- some people just don't click. And I'm a person of colorful dress, effivescent personality and an all around cheery fellow and to think that my reciprocal would be receptive of this character is just plain folly - but I tried anyway. I forget my dern cell phone charging cable in Queens and thought to stick it out, you know, unplug and detatch from devices for a bit. But that proved a unsuccesssful concept because- truth be told, I had no true course plotted so I was going with my gut along with the world's worst sense of direction. Hefty counter crazy lady gestured with a flick of a chubby pointing fingers to the rear in a half hearted attempt to show me the general area for cell accessories way to the back by the ice among the poorly stocked shelves and spinny displays. "Buy it and try it" was all she'd advise me with so I was sure to tear at the box like a seven year old on meth on Christmas morning. And I laid down my selection of beef jerky but decided against coffee which I couldn't bear the thought of in her care. I've had really positive experiences at Cumberlands thus far, however I'll steer clear of this location for sure and had there been a simple slice of customer service decency, I'd add some stars and cast it off into the wild blue yonder -- but in this case, I just can't find it within myself to accept and glaze over such an obnoxiously toxic individual.

Didn't feel safe, staff didn't help the uneasy atmosphere. Needed two IDs to purchase alcohol. Problematic people working there. If Valero down the street is open I suggest going there.
