Dont go here. Go to Hannafords across the street. No one picks up pharmacy phone ever & it's frustrating when you are driving 30Mins and theres a pharmacy question.

If I could give them a zero I would. I think you'd have to search hard to find a pharmacy with a worse track record for actually being open during regular business hours. Not only are they closed without notice, but there's nobody answering the phone ever. Moved all my family's prescriptions across the street to Hannaford Supermarket. Problem finally solved.

Don't call because they don't answer the phone anymore. If you need to talk to the pharmacy you'll have to go in person. I'm not sure how they're even allowed to do that but Im moving all my prescriptions. What a joke.

there's a reason this place is under staffed. the manager has no idea what efficiency is and makes you do the same job at least twice. condescending as heck and just plane rude. she thinks she can push you around with the threat of being fired. I was only there for better insurance. didn't do more than 3 weeks but it's my local store so I know it well. so many people warned me before and while I was there.
DON'T WORK HERE.
she'll also force you to work as physically much as you can take.
bonus that every time they're out of covid tests, they're hiding about a dozen because the manager can't be bothered to have them go to a urgent care like they're supposed to and get the pcr ones.
I fully plan on making a complaint to corporate as I'm concerned about the current and future people there. she has a woman with stage 4 cancer (she breaks hipa and tells everyone) over worked.
she lied to me about a promotion to get me in the door, then reconsidered because of my ", schedule". which she knew beforehand. so unless you don't have any dependents and make your life about that place, you'll never be more than a cashier.

DEATH TRAP!long story short I was behind a man in line for the pharmacy that refused to wear a mask. when I questioned the pharmacist on how they could serve him as wearing a mask is mandatory. they told me "oh he comes in here all the time and we ask him but he refuses". so. after hearing this disturbing news I complained on the CVS web site for over a month. no one got back to me. I then called the complaint line that after a few days a district manager, Pat Girard, told me that the company policy was to not engage and that the statewide mask mandate was "A MATTER OF OPINION"! he said there was nothing they would do and this man could come in over and over again and they would serve him. he said they offered curb side service but clearly this anti-masker wanted to make a point. bottom line. his political need to put me and my family in danger was greater than my concern about health and safety during a worldwide pandemic. criminal. I moved all my prescriptions to a different provider but wanted everyone to know. if you decide to go the CVS pharmacy in Cairo, NY, you're taking your life in your hands. and CVS doesn't care.
