Dont go here. Go to Hannafords across the street. No one picks up pharmacy phone ever & it's frustrating when you are driving 30 Mins and theres a pharmacy question.

If I could give them a zero I would. I think you'd have to search hard to find a pharmacy with a worse track record for actually being open during regular business hours. Not only are they closed without notice, but there's nobody answering the phone ever. Moved all my family's prescriptions across the street to Hannaford Supermarket. Problem finally solved.

Don't call because they don't answer the phone anymore. If you need to talk to the pharmacy you'll have to go in person. I'm not sure how they're even allowed to do that but Im moving all my prescriptions. What a joke.

Wow. The answering machine said that the pharmacy was open till 8. We had an emergency and drove for 45 minutes. In fact, the pharmacist left at 2pm. We could not have known because no one picks up the phone. This is all while having to deal with a child in pain.

I had a wonderful experience with the pharmacy staff as I found them kind, courteous and genuinely caring about me and my well-being

This review is not a reflection of the store employees but the condition of the store it self. I cannot believe that a corporation like @cvs, that brought in $2 billion in profits last quarter can't afford to invest a little bit of profit to improve the customer experience. Customers should beware of the nightmare that is the parking lot with potholes so deep you'll be lucky if you don't get a flat or lose a wheel.

DEATH TRAP! long story short I was behind a man in line for the pharmacy that refused to wear a mask. when I questioned the pharmacist on how they could serve him as wearing a mask is mandatory. they told me "oh he comes in here all the time and we ask him but he refuses". so. after hearing this disturbing news I complained on the CVS web site for over a month. no one got back to me. I then called the complaint line that after a few days a district manager, Pat Girard, told me that the company policy was to not engage and that the statewide mask mandate was "A MATTER OF OPINION"! he said there was nothing they would do and this man could come in over and over again and they would serve him. he said they offered curb side service but clearly this anti-masker wanted to make a point. bottom line. his political need to put me and my family in danger was greater than my concern about health and safety during a worldwide pandemic. criminal. I moved all my prescriptions to a different provider but wanted everyone to know. if you decide to go the CVS pharmacy in Cairo, NY, you're taking your life in your hands. and CVS doesn't care.

Given up on the pharmacy one TO many times my meds not in when they say this time 3 days saying they didn't get them in. I have been a loyal customer for over 18 years but it seems the pharmacy can't keep anyone always someone different we used to know everyone's name now I know know one they are very nice but it seems like they don't have enough people I try calling and wait the last time 15 minuets for someone to pick up the rest of the store is great and very helpful we will shop there but will go to a another pharmacy until they get it together

I moved from New York to Texas, and had an auto refill script with the CVS in Cairo. It was filled on the 10th, but returned on the 15th. I attempted to have this script transferred to another CVS in Houston, but the pharmacist Laura Dunn was extremely uncooperative, and was continually talking over me on the phone. I repeatedly asked for her help, and told her I could not stop this script cold turkey, but needed a few days to find a Doctor. In summation, the CVS here in TX was very cooperative, but I would not recommend the pharmacy in Cairo, specifically not the aforementioned pharmacist. Part of filling scripts for patients is customer service, and I did not receive near the customer service I deserved (today) as a paying customer of years. There are many pharmacies in the area that are much more attentive and helpful.

I was on Vacation & my son was ill so we had an extra day but I was 6 hours away with no meds for the extra day! Natasha & the crew worked all day with my Dr. & pulled it off with my Insurance & got me my meds.! I wish I had this Pharmacy in Pa where I'm from 'cause I hate to go home! I never had a Pharmacy care if you even existed but this one went beyond their duty! Thanx to all involved & thank Natasha! Hugs, Rosemary McKeever
