God sent me an angel the day I heard of Brian C. of SAFE AND SOUND. I received his name and number on the eve of a holiday weekend from the best mold remediation service, PREMIUM MAINTENANCE. I highly suspected a phony-bologna mold inspection report here in the Berkshires; I've got myself educated on the strict New York State regulations that Brian and his NYS competitors must abide by. He texted me back immediately. Brian scheduled a time during his holiday weekend to speak with me for over 20 minutes to get my history, but also to explain what I should expect from his detailed assessment. Despite his hectic schedule, he agreed to meet at my home in the Berkshires Monday evening. Brian was prompt and professional; but more importantly, he was methodical with great attention to detail and swiftly using scientific know-how in order to deduce that I had no mold problems in my basement whatsoever. Brian reviewed with me for two hours his multi step approach as well as his conclusions, which in my case led to no need for remediation. Brian is forthright but polite. His veracity was appreciated, and I urge anyone in the Berkshires to avoid Massachusetts-based firms as they are not living under the same regulations that New York State based SAFE AND SOUND is bound by. I received my highly detailed report within 72 hours as Brian promised. I recommend his services without any reservation whatsoever.

Safe and Sound Property Services was alerted on short
notice for the immediate need of an inspection.They made
it happen in 2 days recognizing the timely nature of the
situation.
The report was extensive and thorough and brought great
clarity to the problem.With clear language and a number
of photographs all the issues were outlined and
appropriate measures to take for complete resolution
were explained.
This was an exceptional inspection by a licensed mold
assessor that took not only the conditions of a structure
into consideration but also the safety of those exposed
to the problem and those who might be hired to
professionally fix it.
