Brian Coletti of Safe and Sound Property Services offers excellent Mold Assessment services. He is very attentive to your questions, punctual for appointments, gives detailed reports for both you and the mold remediators including moisture readings and photos, and is very professional in his job duties, and as an added bonus, he is a very nice person with good communication skills. I highly recommend him!

My experience with Safe and Sound Property Services was nothing short of excellent. Brian Coletti arrived when he said he would, did a thorough assessment and explained everything in detail. I kept telling him he should be a teacher, because his explanation was detailed, but easily understood. He prepared me for what to expect from the people who would eventually come and do the mold abatement and his explanation of their process was thorough and clear. No home owner wants to hear they have mold, but Brian made it much less scary and manageable. The rates were competitive and he told me what was required and what was optional. Safe and Sound Property Service was the best company I have dealth with in a long time.

Brian was recommended when we needed a mold assessment when buying our home. He was at the house the next day and called with an update within an hour.
