We are in Columbia County and have been wiith Superior for 2 years now. The office staff is really professional, courteous, and helpful. Real people answer the phone, no chat bots, AI or email only. That is very refreshing in this day and age. We've never had an issue with our garbage pick-up ever. The trucks are pretty quiet for garbage trucks. The drivers always show up and are courteous and careful driving on the road. Some of the things other reviews mention (garbage falling out of the truck, missing pick-ups, speeding on the streets) has NEVER happened on our road. County Waste and Barbato both serve people on our road and they are an absolute terror. Whipping down the road at very high speeds and don't even bother to slow down for dog walkers and kids waiting for the bus. Plus trash is always flying out of their trucks. Those things never happen with Superior.

This company is just the absolute best in Greene County.
Staff is so friendly and kind. It was so easy to set up with them.
Their services are very affordable.
I have missed trash day before and called them and they sent a truck around to get my cans no problem.
Just today, I put out my cans early because they were full and the truck stopped by and emptied my cans and my pickup day isn’t until Tuesday. Today is Friday.
10/10 recommend this group for every reason possible!

Been a customer with them for less than a year and you're lucky if they pick up the trash every month... They are nice on the phone but then they don't do the one thing they are supposed to be doing... so pretty much a useless service all around.

They drop the trash bins in the street after they empty them, which on the county roads, is dangerous. (All roads?!) If you call, they are like “you should cancel your service if you don’t like it.” Super customer service! Goodbye!

I had service for maybe 2 whole months. Context: We have a long dirt driveway, maybe 200ft that opens up to a very large parking area in front of our garage. In that time we've been asked to cut trees (which I understood), they have been extremely inconsistent with pickups (I've had to call more than a couple times and ask what was going on), I've never received a single update about late pickups/holidays/etc..., and now they want us to walk our cans 200ft to the main road because the driver literally drove IN MY GRASS and hit a tree stump. Mind you this used to be an automotive shop and I have a 1/4 acre parking lot. There is this should have even been an issue.

Really sad you guys were traded for Welsh. I had to cancel trash service with them due to poor services and price hikes . I don't understand why I still see you guys doing trash but I had to get WElSh?? Is there anyway to get your services again??

I was going to Catskill Transfer Station to drop off four large garbage bags on a Wednesday only to discover at the gate that it’s closed to general public that day. The owner of this company was leaving as I pulled up and he explained the closure. He also offered to take my garbage bags and refused any compensation or tip. Very impressive and gracious gesture that I believe speaks highly of his character and customer service commitment.

Not a fan of the constant price hikes after being bought out by another company. Time to cancel and cheaper to bring it to the dump myself.
