My toddler and I come to pick up our mail almost every weekday. Everyone there is great. They’re just as excited to see my son every time as he is to see them. They take care of us and our mail very well. These crap reviews here are old and outdated.

The women with the short white hair was so rude when trying to schedule an appointment for my passport. I paid to have my picture taken for my passport there and I got a letter back from the state saying the picture can't be used because the picture size isn't correct.

Came in go get a PO Box. The staff was friendly and explained everything to me. I am new in Cairo and I am happy to have a great Post Office in walking distance of my house.

They keep purposely sending back packages that are off by a few ounces. They’re incredibly rude and not helpful.

They are extremely rude and obnoxious and I cant stand going here. I'd rather drive to freehold and go to the postoffice there, they know how to treat and talk to you.

The employees at the Cairo NY Post Office are rude and obnoxious. I'm the customer they are the employee but I don't get treated that way. I have never disrespected them in anyway. They have 3 workers on from what I can see and I can't get my packages. There at the post office but it takes them like a day or 2 to get the job done. Why pay the extra shipping if you can't get your packages in time.

It's nice to have your own p.o box. They people there are nice an help out to the best of there ability. Wheelchair accessible an open 24/7.
