My wife and I each have several prescriptions filled regularly at Milex. Joel and his staff are always friendly, professional and helpful. It's nice we we have a place where 'everybody knows your name.'

The store itself is nice. Mrs.T is always pleasant and nice to talk to. The pharmacy has issues. One very rude gossip, they never call to inform of an issue and either they don't bother calling doctors for refills or they plain out lie about doing so. Dealing with them literally gives me anxiety.

They continually cause me to spend an exorbitant amount of time while they fix their screw ups. They also have a ridiculous system that even when they don't screw up, it takes forever to get out of that store! Small town, no competition, guess they do whatever the hell they want!
