About Callicoon Hills
Callicoon Hills is a beautiful, peaceful, and serene retreat tucked away in the Catskills. The property is huge, stunning, well-kept, and full of nature, offering a quiet escape even on busy weekends. Guests can stay in comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed rooms, such as Pool House King or Tree House rooms, with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Some bathrooms run small, and showers can be a bit lacking, but the rooms are generally well-appointed with nice toiletries. The staff is consistently described as the real star of the show. They are absolutely amazing, friendly, super helpful, genuinely kind, attentive, welcoming, and happy to help, often going above and beyond. They contribute significantly to the wonderful and special stay. Amenities are nice and include a gym with the basics, two barrel saunas, a fire pit for s'mores, little lawn games, and plenty of community space. The on-site Conover Club restaurant and 24/7 cafe receive praise, with food described as delicious by some, though others find it just okay or fairly mediocre. The location is peaceful but tucked away, requiring a short drive to reach bigger towns. Overall, Callicoon Hills provides a wonderful, comfortable, and relaxing experience, with many guests planning to be repeat visitors.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Callicoon Hills! The rooms were super comfortable, and the entire staff went above and beyond. Special shout-out to Bella, she was so kind and caring when I had a small injury and made sure I had everything I needed. Couldn’t ask for better hospitality!

Beautiful bedrooms with the most comfortable mattresses and pillows. Bathrooms run very small. Setting is stunning. Amenities are nice. On site 24/7 cafe and venue offerings are superb. Attention to pre-stated allergens depends on the staff.
