10 stars out of 5. The people who work here, and the services they offer are amazing. If you enjoy being on the water in a raft or a canoe, then you really should check them out.
I have used their services 12 or more times and always have such a great experience. Elaine booked my last 2 trips, and she is just awesome. Super helpful, professional, friendly, and so knowledgeable. Everyone who I have interacted with here has always been awesome too. Thank you, Elaine, Rick and the Landers family, for offering such great opportunities for us to get out on the river.

Awesome, relaxing and gorgeous views of the Delaware river! If you forget anything for your water adventures there is a little quick mart with ice when you check in.
The life vests could be cleaned better, they were dirty and mine smelt of BO.

Was told these were class 1/2 rated rapids. Asked if water level was low and they said no. Guess what water level was low. Got stuck several times as a result. Calmest water ever. When I spoke to a Manager she refused to acknowledge it. Simply put they lie to get your business. Poor customer service.

I have been coming here the lasts two years with my friends and we love it. We are planning our next trip for summer 2022 right now. I don't understand why there are so many terrible reviews. The only reason why I give it 4 starts instead of 5 because they are a little unorganized when it comes to booking but other then that its a perfect spot to get big groups together and enjoy the outdoors. We have only stayed at Skinners falls because it says its for late nighters but we also like to stay Friday till Monday because it does quite down Sunday night and we feel like we have the place to ourselves. If you are looking for a really quiet atmosphere this is not the spot for you on the weekends. I would try a state campground or more of a family oriented campground.

Horrible, I went rafting this weekend with my family and it was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had customer service wise. First off when I made my reservation for rafts two weeks ago it was set in stone, I honestly didn't mind having To change boats in the first place if needed to but it was the second I got to the narrowsburg campground my Saturday was ruined, I spoke to Dan in the store who was a very nice kid! Then I met an older gentleman behind the register, he wasn't nice at all and very Sturn about whether we could switch to something else or not, we stood next to the counter for quite some time waiting and I watched how he was towards costumers and it was very rude and disrespectful to them, I would consider maybe a customer service training for the stafees at landers river trips, overall my river trip when I got onto it was exceptional just my encounter in the store was unpleasant!!

Terrible terrible customer service! I made a reservation by mistake not realizing how far the location is from us. I called 40 mins later to cancel and they told me they will charge me a $80 cancellation fee. When I protested, they kept on arguing with me that they informed me about this policy about cancellation fee when I called to make a reservation but that is simply not true. Even if it was true, charging someone a cancellation fee when they made a reservation by mistake and called back within the hour after realizing the mistake is a predatory business practice and a great way to make some extra money without providing any services.

Strange business. We rented tubes to float down the river. First, we got little to no information about what to expect. We had two options: ride the river for five hours and their van would pick us up...or just come ashore anywhere and drag the tube back, following the "trail." My wife and I are in our 70's. We chose to come ashore after two hours. We had to climb over rocks along the shore for a quarter mile until we found the trail. The information we received about the trail was completely inadequate. If we had fallen, we would have been in some serious trouble, as we left our cell phones in our car. However, there was a positive side. When we hit the rapids, I understood the draw of tubing. It was a blast. If you choose to go here, their equipment is fine and they insist on use of safety gear, but be sure you get specific information on the return trail, as the trail is not identified by any signs.

Every year I do the river with Landers, they offer so many different options and the staff are extremely nice and willing to help. My friend and I just had a blast kayaking the Delaware river. I would recommend Landers River Trips for anyone looking for a great time, doesn't matter the age, there's fun for everyone. I will for sure be back next week :)

I have been coming to landers for years and this year was definitely their busiest year in over 15 years. But it has also completely spiraled out of control. The music that goes till 5 am and the fireworks set off at all hours of the night in close proximity to peoples campsites. There was only a security guard during the day this saturday. People speed up and down the campsites at all hours of the night so if you have little ones it's not safe. Also do yourself a favor and try your hardest not to interact with Elaine in the office she is beyond rude. I was there twice summer forth of July weekend I let it go because the place was massive chaos. Let's also talk about the filthy life vest they give you to go down the river. The beach boys never explained anything just sent us on our way. Also landers it's the year 2020 do you think you can spruce up the bathrooms a bit.

Did a tubing trip. The river was nice. everything else was terrible. Majorly disappointed that nobody working at Landers was wearing masks - they are definitly NOT following covid guidelines. Shuttle driver was not wearing a mask, people working inside the check in center were not wearing masks, the teenagers that were working were oblivious to any type of distancing/mask protocols. A Majority of guests on site were not wearing masks. Landers should be closed down until they can get it together.
