State Lottery should yank their machine, useless employees do not know how to use it, or it’s not working , that 7 times in a row stopping at this useless gas station , lottery getting yet another complaint and a demand their machine be taken from them, not honoring the agreement

Worst run 7-11 on LI... Always dirty, smelly understocked, understaffed and they haven't had super big gulp cups in over a year...Corparte needs to take away their franchise.

This store has overpriced gas which is the highest in the area. To me its price gouging. This store after a certain time of day is simply not worth going to. Don't go here after dark/ late night, the employee with the smashed up camry who parks in front is a disrespectful employee. Yells and uses derogatory words to customers. I hope that 7-11 chooses there business more wisely but I see this store is lacking great leadership....this isn't over I'm gonna keep complaining until you have to deal with it like I told you! You don't know me and i didn't disrespect you. Not sure why you came at me like that but hopefully corporate will assist you in some form of customers service training

Oh, this is the worst 7-Eleven. I’ve seen in a long time besides not understanding English if you need any other milk other than whole milk for a coffee go somewhere else don’t expect warm buns for the hotdogs and you have to eat all the breakfast pizza before a plain cheese pizza will be made.

Left my phone in the morning when heading to work...when i came back to the store to ask información tue owner told me to leave and never come back....they should remove the store from there...owner is very rude

I bought 7-Eleven brand DayQuil and NyQuil and it didn’t work at all pink on the back. It says satisfaction guaranteed I have been in contact with 7-Eleven for six months and they will not give me my money back. Worst customer service do not support the store

Horrible customer service. The woman behind the counter was rude and dismissive! No management readily available. I would not go to this store! I would definitely find another 7-Eleven to spend your money at.

The customer service was horrible. The management is never available, necessary items are not restocked. At night it’s becoming a place people are hanging out at inside & out. Their kids are at work with them. The coffee is rarely changed. I would recommending going to a ACTUAL 7-eleven. This store is a disgrace.
