**Scam of a Company – Stay Away!**
If I could give **zero stars**, I would. Electronic Payments is an absolute **joke of a company**. Their **customer service is beyond awful**—unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely disorganized. Every time I reached out for assistance, I was met with long wait times, clueless representatives, and empty promises.
To make things worse, we **closed our account, yet they kept charging us**! Despite multiple attempts to get an explanation and a refund, we’ve been given **no answers**—just more runarounds. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers, only about taking money they’re not entitled to.
Save yourself the headache and go with a **reliable** payment processing company. Electronic Payments is **not worth your time or money**. **Stay far away!**

This company is a joke. By far the worse experience i've had. Tech support is great and you make great relationships with them because you're constantly on the phone with them. Would not recommend to any business owner and will be turning them into BBB. The system shuts down in the middle of hours of service and the POS gets randomly wiped of all your products.

I have to say this company is fantastic! As a sales office, support, cost and product is always at the top of the list. They deliver everywhere and their customer service makes you look like a hero. Highly recommended!

I close the account for my restaurant this company still charge me $45 every month and I tried to call. The customer service is very bad so I need my money back or I’m going to the courthouse You guys are still my money

They sell you on a lot of great features but when they don’t work you’ll waste hours on the phone with tech support.
I’m still waiting on a callback from a manager and the solution to the features I was sold months ago.

Lori Lopez was the personal sales rep for mt parents business withElectronic Payments, she refused to give my family monthly statements and refunds.This was very unprofessional. We are no longer with the company due to this reason.

Never had any issues until we got duped by someone placing over the phone orders. Was never told or taught what to do to avoid being scammed on phone orders. Because i keyed in the entries i was held responsible. The threats and lies started immediately after we realized that we were going to be hit with charge backs. They reset our processing that they took 100% of any transactions that we did after that point. Then they tried to make us take some bogus loan that would have took forever to pay back. So we stopped processing cards. They treated us like we were the criminals. The risk manager that we had to deal with was a liar. He would say one thing and he forgot i had the text and emails of what he said he would do.long story short make sure you do your own due diligence to make sure you don't get ripped off because this company will not support you. They will threaten you.
James Kay was a liar and very rude.
Our local guy with Tampa Bay Merchant Services was great. But unfortunately because of Electronic Payments not trying tohelp us. we no longer work with Tampa Bay Merchant Services.

It’s a Scam! Don’t waste your time because you will magically lose your money! While doing business with this company I noticed it wasn’t helping my business but taking away from it. Now that I’ve dropped them random charges are appearing but under a third party. They’re so sloppy the bank and one of their own associates (hopefully he still has his job) pointed it back to the sales rep Tom. They’re in denial.about it but I know I’m not wrong. What are the odds of a coworker naming his colleague? BE CAREFUL! Tom & Brian will try and get over if you allow them. If Fallon recommended you, be aware no ADT customers should take her advice to go with this company.

As an entrepreneur I can say that the most important part of running a business is taking payments and Marlen has made it an incredibly rewarding experience. Marlen was able to find a payment processor that worked for my business and made sure to stay fully available during the whole process to ensure all my questions and concerns were properly addressed. Marlen’s resilience truly showed when we were faced with the hard task of finding someone to take payments for our smokeshop. I couldn’t be happier with our system or with Marlen’s work ethic which has been spectacular. If you want someone that will take your business as seriously as you do, I highly recommend scheduling a meeting with her.
