About Peconic River Campground
Peconic River Campground is a quiet, clean, and privately owned campground located on a beautiful lake with extremely nice views. It offers a true camping experience with no electric hookups. Campers can choose from grass, dirt, or wood platform sites, each with a fireplace. Facilities include portable toilets, an outdoor shower for summer use, and amazing well water access. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Activities include fishing and enjoying the picnic area by the lake, though swimming is not permitted. It is a highly recommended spot for respectful campers who know how to camp and dispose of their own garbage.

Extremely nice views of the peconic river. One of my favorite places to go camping. Staff is extremely friendly and offers fire wood.

We were absolutely pleased with staff, location and campsite. This was our first of many upcoming stays. Other campers were very experienced in camping... respectful and quiet. Thanks so much for the experience.
