The wait time at this location is horrendous and very poor customer service. I think I will stick to my local neighborhood pharmacy for a more personable experience.

If there was a way to give this location zero stars, I would. This pharmacy is frequently understaffed and unprepared. You are often forced to wait up to a half hour or longer to pick up your prescription when in the store. They don't call you to inform you if and when your prescription is ready. Even when they claim to say it was ready, you get to the front of the line to be told "it's not ready and still needs to be filled." Truly a disgrace. The rest of the store is your typical overpriced items and lack of staff around to assist if you ever do need to get something from behind a locked barrier. And to make matters worse, the parking lot is a mess. No clear painted lines, overcrowding, and parked cars hit by others. They need to shut this place down, rebuild it back up, and place it under new management.

This place likes wasting your time. I had to pick up a prescription today. I called at 2pm and was advised I needed to update my insurance. I asked if my prescription would be filled before or after I stopped by to update my insurance. The person said they were going to work on it right away and when I got here, I would have to give them the updated insurance card. Upon arrival, I got my insurance updated. They did not fill my prescription and I have been waiting over 15 minutes. Wouldn't recommend, unless your insurance traps you into coming here like me.

Choose another location for pharmacy use this location is terrible. Understaffed. Which means long lines and workers that aren't as helpful or as nice as they should be. Waited I line for 30 minutes for my prescription. When I presented my new insurance card the cashier took away my medicine and told me to wait in the other longer line. Calling my doctor to get prescription s moved to Walgreens. CVS is closer but there's always a long line of disgruntled customers waiting for the pharmacy.

Just because you're taking the EMERGENCY VACCINE doesn't mean you intentionally crowd others space. I had a situation where I took the family to take the vaccine and there was a guy dealing with the admin... He was looking for something on his phone, and he stood directly in front of the window. She called my son up to the window. Instead of the guy giving courtesy or practicing social distancing, he stands there blocking the window. My son looks at me.. I asked the guy if he could give done space .. he tells me to calm down she is dealing with him.. CVS.. the customer should not enforce social distancing in your establishment. My response was " don't tell me to calm down, if it was reversed situation I would back up and give you space". He kept bumping his lips however he did back up.. keep your guards up .

GM , I was in your Store, Francis Lewis and linden, Queens Location, I was waiting on line to pay, and I was insulted as to way I don't use the self check out, yes but I have a question, and sure enough with her attitude , she summoned else to help me, I just walked out, I have been coming to this store over 10 years, Wow how is it changing, will show my shopping history, not sure if I will return, Thanks have a great day

Back again to pick up a basic ibuprofen script and they don't even have that in stock at the pharmacy, that's like KFC running out chicken. I don't like to see anybody lose their job but this cvs is absolutely mismanaged on so many levels that heads need to start rolling.
