Ordered from ebay, never received package! Post office said it was "picked up at 6:41pm"...How? By Who? Post office hrs are 830-5pm? How was it picked up at 6:41pm??!!!Horrible post office.! Full of thieves!!

The worst USPS customer service clerk #28 Lauren at the left corner window!I have opened 8 Cases on Clerk #28 and it’s at the point where she now REFUSES me Service!! Imagine??

Clerk had limited English ability. Threw package at me when I asked to speak with supervisor. Rude and unprofessional conduct. Supervisor explained issue with package that clerk could not articulate. I went to a different post office to avoid another unpleasant experience.

ZERO STARS. Rude light skin lady with terrible frontal wig(it was lifting) sitting far left refusing to do basic post office duties, started yelling and talking loud like we are in a street argument when I just wanted a simple money order to pay my bills… very unprofessional, absolutely insubordinate she’s a liar and said the manager was not there also refused to give her name. Also she walked out angrily in the middle of transaction… meanwhile she was on the phone the whole time tried to send me to a different post office lucky another clerk saw what happened and helped out like they are supposed to do in our community. This branch is a hot mess waste of time and very disrespectful.

I have filed SEVERAL Complaints on this Agent; last one 5/27/23 of which, I posted on yelp 1 week ago. I spoke with the location Supervisor & Manager several times. I was advised they would speak to Clerk #28 AGAIN.... and "Let's start New" "A Blank Slate" The last 12 months of Clerk #28 Retaliatory behavior towards me of "Flatly Refusing me Service at Cambria Heights USPS LOCATION initially began with "Clerk #28" Annoyance to scan A Priority Mail Pre-paid package and give me a receipt. "Isn't this the Job Description of USPS postal Clerks? Only Clerk#28 demanded I provide HER with a Manifest for 3 Pre-paid packages, I figured it's too much work for her to Scan each boxes individually, as the other clerks do at this usps without any issue. June 5th, 4.40pm I arrived at the usually empty post office; 2 clerks at the window and 2 customers. I was the only other customer in line, I stood in line, The Left window position that Clerk #28 generally works from, she finished with her customer; I was hesitant to go to The Left window to Clerk #28, BUT... I was told by the management Last week to "EXPECT A NEW" Beginning. I went as far as telling usps Clerk #28 doesn't have to speak to or acknowledge me; IMAGINE this is "A customer centric business" and for Peace I was willing to be Ignored so that I cloud have my packages scanned and get my receipt!! Then a lady came behind me in-line with a letter in hand; I told her to Go ahead to Clerk#28; I continued waiting in-line. Again, Clerk #28 finished with her customer; then I said OK..let me go to Clerk#28 to "START this NEW Beginning" IT HAS been 1 YEAR of Unabated Discriminatory & Retaliatory Bullying from CLERK #28; So I cautiously approached the Left window, she had her window UP and I held the bar of the window and said, "Can I place my packages in" as my window was Down and cannot be opened if she has her window up. She LOOKED at me and "NO" "I AM SICK OF THIS" "she Keeps coming to my window" and then she Walked Away from her Station and disappeared!! "I was " WTH...just happened omg!! Was this the "New Beginning" It seems Clerk#28 did NOT agree to any corrective measures or was aware of This "New Beginning" that the Manager & Supervisor advised me about last week. So I walked into the Most Embarrassing situation and I am NOT confident that with SO many complaints written to USPS and the treatment I have at Cambria Heights post office today Nothing WILL CHANGE. I have complained so many times and CLERK#28 unprofessional behavior has ONLY gotten WORST! It is obvious Clerk #28 is NOT being held Accountable for her unprofessionalism and dereliction of job duties at Cambria Heights USPS; As she Is Allowed to Chose the customers she wants to provide service to. She is confident and very consistent in behaving unprofessionally towards the Customers she refuses to provide service to without Reflection on her Attitude.

I have been here several times for past 2 years including this morning. One teller was friendly, the other a little distant but still professional. When it gets crowded, I think we get impatient and then we feel they are not very friendly. Maybe they been having a bad day, just like us, maybe their frustrated bc short of staff. It always helps when the actual post office gets more personnel, makes all more smoothly and good for both the employees and us.

What’s happening to my post office I arrived there last thurs & Fri at 4:00pm & post office was closed their supposed to close at 5 , & I agree with the other reviews the nasty attitude among the employees is discussing , rude, I hate going there probably try st albans

This is the worst post office I ever been to in America. The female employee had the worst attitude. The employee let me wait by a sign for a line that was designated for what I needed for 10minutes and not tell me she was the only line opened. There were only 2 other customers in there and she claims she didn't see me. She then yells at me saying she's the only person there and she wasn't paying attention to me and I should have known she was the only person working. Her tone was unexceptional and rude. My bad Ma'am for bothering you at work and expecting you to have good customer service. She needs to learn how to be kind to people, you never know what people are going through. Her Karma will come.

I grew up in Cambria Heights I am now 40 and have returned to take over my family home. What hurts to see is how instead of something getting better. It has drastically gotten worse. I've never had so much mail and packages lost or late in my life. When you call you're met with rude staff. I had a lady argue with me on the phone about my package being delivered when I was home for weeks and nothing was delivered for it only to be delivered a week later by another employee. Oh and since when do we change postal service employees in this neighborhood I now have someone new every day. Tax dollars keep this place open. What is happening?! This neighborhood has always been a middle class hard working neighborhood. Why doesn't our post office reflect that!? This would neve happen in Franklin Square.

Negative 5 stars! To the rude light skin lady with the wig/weave/hair hat! I had a letter envelope that I placed in the teller slot after this specimen took my package. This specimen takes the letter from the slot, looks at it and vehemently throws it back through the slot and the letter flies through the slot and onto the floor. This was borderline assault. This specimen in a postal uniform is lucky that I’m saved. Beyond rude and disrespectful. It’s very sad that this is what our fellow black people do to one another. Shameful!

This review is from 4 years ago but to this day I can’t step foot at the counter. I came to this post office to postmark a letter/documents that needed to be sent by a certain date. I asked the heavy set Jamaican lady with glasses working at the counter that day to send the letter out for me in this manner and she raised her tone and said she could not do that. I was puzzled by her response so I asked her how can I postmark or send the letter so that it would reach on time. All she had to do is assist me with options on how to mail out the letter instead she was rude. Someone like this should not work at the counter. No customer service or respect. She should be in the back of the post office dealing with letters and packages. I ended up having to go to another post office and send my letter express. I needed assistance minus the attitude.

Haven't been to all the post offices in the US but I'm sure this one ranks top 5 worst. Package says available for pick up but when I get there they say it's on the delivery truck but it was never delivered and I was instructed to come back to pick it up the next day. How does that even make sense?
