Not impressed. My fiancé tried returning an online order and they said they could not take it due to not carrying it in thier store. Right on my receipt it says return to any store..... ended up calling greenwich ace hardware and they were more than happy to help.

Went in this morning looking for tools to remove tall grass. Talked to an employee that pointed me in directions instead of actually showing me or truly helping me. Guess he really didn't want to make a sale. I'm clueless when it comes to navigating a hardware store. Long story short. I left empty handed back to Amazon prime. The store is choke full of nice quality products and well kept though.

Logan, who cashed me out at the Cambridge Aubuchon, was very nice and very helpful. I had to have him help me get some cut tacks off a hanger, though, because all of the hangers in that row, above screws and bolts, were too high. I’m a 5’2” person of a “certain age” and even on my tip toes I couldn’t reach what I wanted. C’mon, Aubuchon, be a little more user friendly, especially towards short older people!

We had a tire puncture about 200 miles from home and came in at closing time. A kind tall guy (who's name I rudely forgot) offered me to use his tools to change our tire, where we can find a local tire shop, and checked on us before he closed for the night. Incredibly kind people, if I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely be back.
