Cambridge Food Co-Op is a friendly place with a lot to offer. For a small store, it carries a lot of merchandise including dry groceries, fresh produce, meat, and fish. It features gourmet, organic, and specialty items not found at ordinary groceries, with many locally sourced items, health foods, supplements, and bulk foods. The fresh produce, like spinach, is always tasty and fresh. They have awesome bread from Rupert Rising and a great supply of bulk food items and local dairy with vegan options too. Some find it kind of expensive, but it is worth a visit while exploring Cambridge, NY.

They've got great organic & fresh produce and local products. Healthily curated products. Health products. You can order fresh fish! I haven't tried their freshly prepared food, but it all looks and smells tasty.

I work just down the street (not a member....yet) and having the healthy grab-n-go lunches is such a fantastic option! Easy in and out in about 30 seconds. If you haven't been in here in a while, I recommend you do!
