Probably the worst post office in the history of post offices! walked in there at 4:08pm and the lady is closing the shutter, asked her if she can take one more she didn’t even answer me like I was a nobody. Not even a “no sorry we’re closed” very nasty.

Love when my usps app says my local post office, (4 minutes away, mind you) has had my package since YESTERDAY, was supposed to be received YESTERDAY but still not even received today, 30 minutes before closing time … do better .. if you guys had a number posted I would see if it’s correct and if I could just come get the package myself !

I been staying at the campground right in Cambridge since June of this year and I been getting my mail good and on time and now I'm not getting no mail at all and I'm waiting for a important bill and my neighbor has not gotten her mail either for an week she said

My cousin had a package dropped off today, there is a sign on the garage pointing to the house, saying no one lives in the garage. I happened to be on the front porch, saying I will take it, he says he is not talking today. Got in his truck, and drove off. I wouldn't be able to share this without putting a rating, but in my eye, it gets a zero.

2 missing packages and when I tried to talk to my mail man he was rude said he hated Christmas and started laughing at me saying he doesn’t care about my missing packages. I tried calling several times with no answer. I know postal services are struggling but this is a disgrace. They’re incompetent and rude.

Had my mail held 2 weeks cause I didn't want their mail truck turning into my driveway... I had to wait for someone to come back from vacation to get my mail again. I'm glad she took care of it.Went in with my daughter who had a package to be mailed to Mexico she had all the information she had the address and the woman at the window addressed it in the computer to somewhere in Texas near the border.. my daughter kept contesting and saying that's not where it's going but she was told it'll be okay it'll get to the address that's on the box. It never arrived this is almost a year ago.I know that USPS has its issues but I never dealt with these kind of problems until I had to deal with this particular post office.

Closes at least 15 min early extremely often. What is the point of posting hours when you close whenever you feel like it.

Grateful for the efficiency of this post office as well as the friendly way they treat everyone. I live in Salem and avoid that post office if at all possible.

Fails to deliver packages, even after having something in our drive way they can simply put the packages in.
