“Been collecting stamps my entire life, managing a multi-generational collection. I've bought from Mystic multiple times through the years. Their prices are higher than what I can get at a stamp show for stamps (supplies they have competitive prices) but same hand they are year round and have physical location and staff. Being a more serious collector, honestly most of my stamps I get from auctions and shows anymore. But my deals with Mystic in the past have always been positive. I really wanted to give a positive feedback for this company, after seeing so many negative reviews recently on them buying stamps. I hope my family collection never goes that direction to them, but I know that I would trust them with their valuation. A single stamp album from the 60's or 70's, though your relatives loved them, are extremely rarely going to be of anything of high value. I personally pick up those for free or pay 20 bucks just to strip/soak/organize them to just relax. The amount of time it takes to process those, costs more than the value of those basic collections. I see people online trying sell such collections for way higher than it's value all the time and getting mad when people try to be nice and tell them the truth of the value. If it's only one or two albums that your parents or grandparents enjoyed, don't expect a payday, but expect holding the memory of the enjoyment they had, and learn a bit about collecting yourself! Mystic can surely help you on that way! I will continue to use Mystic Stamps most likely rest of my life or theirs. Thank you.”
