“Saddle Club is easily the best place to rent from in the Syracuse area. We have had nothing but positive experiences from the first day we inquired about the townhomes. Management is very kind and accommodating. Given the quality of the townhomes and the amenities (basement with washer dryer hookup is a HUGE plus), the rent is fair and reasonable and did not skyrocket on us year over year. Maintenance is always working on something and are quick to respond if you need them. The grounds are well-kept which is a plus when family and friends come to visit.I wanted to thank Saddle Club for giving us such a great experience, especially after a few poor experiences we've had with other renting companies in the area. This place has been a breath of fresh air. It's worth getting on the waiting list!Side note - someone please give Stephanie a raise! She has been amazing and we couldn't be more grateful for her help and kindness throughout our time here.Thank you Saddle Club! ❤️”

“My wife and I lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. The apartments themselves are very nice and the location right next to the creekwalk just a few minutes from downtown was perfect. The gym in the building is really excellent as well. Snow was removed during the winter and on the 2-3 occasions we needed something fixed in our apartment they were taken care of immediately. We would definitely have continued renting here if we were still living in Syracuse!”

“The Fairways is amazing! We lived here for 3 years and would have stayed here much longer if we didn’t move into a house. The maintenance and front office staff are quick to respond and get things fixed when necessary. This was the best apartment complex we lived in by far. I highly recommend living here!”

“Great place to live management and maintenance crew are awesome when we moved in our stove didn't work maintenance brought us a brand new one that day a few other little things needed to be fixed and maintenance was right on it and they were super nice and friendly I would definitely recommend living here”
