“I have been living here for 5 month now. The aminities are awsome. Also, because of the shuttles, I don't pay anything for going to the Campus or going to downtown. The staff are really nice and helpfull too, specially a girl who helped me with my packages (her name is Suubi) was really kind and understanding. I just have some concerns with my noisy neighbour who keep messing the building lol. But overall, it's a pleasent place as a student home and I'd probably stay here for my whole two years.”

“My wife and I lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. The apartments themselves are very nice and the location right next to the creekwalk just a few minutes from downtown was perfect. The gym in the building is really excellent as well. Snow was removed during the winter and on the 2-3 occasions we needed something fixed in our apartment they were taken care of immediately. We would definitely have continued renting here if we were still living in Syracuse!”

“This will be my son's 3 semester renting at Park Point. He is an RIT student. He has had a great experience. The apartment is large with so much closet and cabinet space. The building is clean and safe. The manager Michelle LaFica is very helpful and accommodating to help! I would highly recommend Park Point! Great place to live!!”
