The associate was knowledgeable and helpful. However, despite repeated attempts to ensure no additional charges would be added when the invoice was billed, there were 2 additional insurance charges and the NextUp charge despite our repeated and confirmed requests to ensure there were no additional charges other than the minor monthly charge for a new phone upgrade. $17/month insurance + $6/month NextUp X 2 phones adds $46 / month to a monthly bill that was not known or even discussed. Leads me to believe these associates are commissioned based and have something to gain from this. I am pretty sure this is a licensee but the business practices for transparency must be better from AT&T as a whole. Buyer beware and review your invoice very carefully after dealing with this group.

I cannot recommend this store. They are not knowledgeable and will attempt to sell you on promotions that you do not qualify for. They are also unwilling to correct these mistakes and will avoid all communications in an attempt to resolve any issues. It appears authorized retailers cannot be trusted. I would recommend an AT&T Corporate Store.

This store always rips my dad off. He is 82 and always has troubles with his phone cause he's like old. Everytime he goes they talk him into stuff he does not need. Couple years ago he got a new phone and they told him it was free (even though we all know its not, you pay monthly for it). It even was listed on my bill as FREE phone but obviously he didn't realize they actually charge you monthly for it til its paid. I let it slide thinking it was just a misunderstanding on his part. Just two days ago he went in cause his galaxy phone stopped ringing. He probably hit something like do not disturb or the ringer was accidentally turned off. Its an easy fix I'm sure. Well that day I get a phone call from my dad while he was at the store and he said "They said you could save 10 a month on your bill". Then my Dad said to whom ever was helping him at the store, "Is that right you said 10 dollars"? and I could hear the gentlemen say "Yes". So I said okay the thats fine Dad.
Within an hour or so I get an email that my bill will be 40 dollars more a month. So I logged on to view my bill and what actually was occurring was he was saving us 10 a month on a service not the actual bill. What ever change happened raised our bill 40 dollars even though we are saving 10 on a service. They added on an iphone 15 phone to my plan that says no contract but don't know why no one got a new phone not sure what its about. I tried to call the store they just keep forward me to ATT but there is always over an hour or two wait or you can get a call back.I have since removed my father from being able to make changes not because of him but because they take advantage of him all the time. Soooooo stupid no one can seem to help me. They just don't want to help is what its really all about. SCAMMERS!

We walked in and the guy working was with a customer. He never looked up or greeted us. We just stood there while he ignored us. It was the rudest thing I’ve ever encountered. Then was on Saturday March 2 around 6pm. So the manger knows who was working

Just upgraded 2 phones to S24+. Seamless transaction. Changed plans, used my mil discount, got the phones almost free. Sally was the agent, she was top notch!
