This is long, but please please Read. Stay out of the Camillus store- worst Walmart, actually criminal. The employees are nothing but trash. I have quite a disability and use an electric cart. They will walk in front of it so you have to slam on the brakes, and say nothing. For over a year, they have had four carts for this large supercenter and two of them have been broken. Nobody will do anything about it. You can't call the store because they never answer the phones, not once. I did speak to the store manager in person once, who said that they were getting seven new carts in two weeks. That was about two months ago. they don't care about the disabled-Discriminatory. Last year, my cart stalled out in the back of the store over 90 minutes.I cannot walk out from that distance. It took an hour and a half to get me another cart to get out of the store but at least they tried. Couple of days ago it happened again. I tried again because they said they had new carts which they don't, now they only have the two that are broken. I got stuck again near the pharmacy. I asked an evil woman that worked there if she could help me and while I was explaining, she said I can't do anything about it in a very loud voice. I asked, can you get someone who can? And she said its not my job. I said I've been stuck here for 40 minutes and then she said I'll get someone and walked away. 20 minutes later, nothing. I finally saw her again and waved her down and she came over with a horrendous attitude, shouting at me. I had enough and I shouted back. I said just get me out of the store I don't want the stuff in my cart. She refused to remove it so I tossed a couple of things out of the cart. She accused me of throwing it at people which was a lie, then she said I hit people. Then she said I threw the stuff a good 30 feet, hitting people inside the pharmacy. Totally fabricated. I then had two or three people around me, not allowing me to leave the store. I became panicked because I felt like I was being held against my will. The cart finally started moving so I rode for the front of the store but they stood in front of my cart. The cart also stalled again. When I got to the front of the store and they were in front of it again, not letting me leave. I asked them to take the other stuff out of my cart and they would not. So, I set it on the ground to the right of my cart. They told me to stop doing it that I had to pay for it. You can't force people to buy things . Suddenly, a police officer was in front of me. I now know why they were holding me back to make it better, the reason he came is because they told him I refused to leave the store. I was now surrounded by three employees and a police officer and was not allowed to go anywhere. The police officer asked me what happened but would not let me explain, exaggerated everything I said, and told me I tried to run him down with my cart. I repeat, my cart would not move Anymore. I said I wanted to leave and he said no. Suddenly another man is coming out shouting at me, we do you a favor having these carts - we don't have to have these carts! he was shouting so loud I think you could hear him in Vegas. I felt very threatened, I was in tears, and I just quieted idown. The cop wanted me to go in a very tiny room the size of a closet and be closed in there with the man who is shouting obscenities at me. He said I was trespassed from the store in the past which was a lie. I've never been trespassed from anywhere. He then said I had to go into the room and I had to walk. I told the police officer I cannot walk into the room I can't take that many steps. He insisted I do it anyway which I did not-again, discrimination.. The cart started moving a little bit and I was able to get it probably the 20 feet to the little room and I said please bring me the paperwork and I will sign it, I did not care, as I will never go there again. It's dangerous there. I then tried to get out but the cop stopped me, telling me that I will hear from him and I will go

Shopping wise if you can't find a hear you might not want it they have a little bit of everything have great extended hours I would go during the week to avoid the lines on weekends because everybody goes here but it's one of the best valleys for your dollar.

I took my son here to get his ears pierced. The woman who did it was awesome!! Very clean and changed gloves when needed. She did a great job on placement and was just all around great! Today (the day after getting them done) his ears aren't bothering him at all. I know there are a lot of horror stories about getting piercings at claires but we had a great experience.

Located near our real estate office in Camillus this Walmart is our go to for snacks and office supplies for our all of our realtors. This super Walmart has everything you need, is always clean and conveniently located. Procopio Real Estate highly reccomends

I called to ask if they had the initial “Y” In necklace form & before I could even finish my sentence, she cut me off and immediately told me no without finishing, I told her to have a good day and hung up, I do not recommend this place, they are so unprofessional.

I I can give this 0star I would the employees were very rude they hide from you and when you speak to them they don't even respond to you and it seems they don't know where things are they sent all over the store and turns out they don't have it instead of telling me they don't have it

So I wanted to get get my daughter's ears pierced since birth but my wife wanted to wait until she was old enough to make her own decision. So 35 months later my daughter says she wants earings like Mommy. Me being like heck yes! I called everywhere I could think of and no luck accept claires in Camillus. I called and made the appointment to get them done a couple hours later that evening for 5PM. We drove 50 minutes and told the woman we were their for an ear piercing appointment. She said no one was there to do the piercing. I told her she was there..... she said she refused because she felt uncomfortable. Me being frustrated for many reasons walk out. We drove home and I respect the womans feeling and rejection for feeling uncomfortable for whatever reason. I mean we are in the middle of a pandemic. I understand completely but at the same time I drove now almost 2 hours for nothing when someone could have removed those time slots for appointments if she was uncomfortable. So I called clairs customer support for a complaint and perhaps a 10% discount to financially compensate me for the drive time. Customer support apparently is slammed and not accepting calls. So I not giving up decide to call the store and ask for a manager. Luckily I gotten Angela the store manager. She listened to my story and wanted to resolve the issue and wanted me to come in to see her. She blocked out an hour for us to see her for my daughter's ear piercing and offered us a discount. We went in later that day and seen Angela. She was very pleasant and patient with us and our daughter. She was so patient, she addressed the mark in my daughter's left ear where the earing would go 4 times until we were happy. She gave us 50% off our purchase even though I told her I was only hoping for 10-20% but she refused. It was and is because of the great care that Angela took with us and my daughter, and her insisting to do more to make sure we were happy that I am writing this raving review. If it wasn't for her efforts we would not have gotten my daughter's ears pierced at all let alone going back to a Claire's again. So a personal strong thank you to Angela for resolving our issue.

I went here to have two keys copies. Never again ... I kid you not I stood at the key machine with an employee for FIFTY FIVE minutes. And ... they still weren't copied the right way. I'm giving this place two stars because I was able to find the other products I was looking for here.

So walking into the salon my mother and I see a note saying "Will be right back, please take a seat". Now I won't even get into the fact that it's vague and says nothing about when she left or when she'd be back. So taking a seat we wait about 10-15 minutes. As she arrives she is still on the phone. Spends a couple minutes getting situated, wasn't going to stalk the girl. Continue to sit, and at this time my mother has been staring at her and it isn't possible she didn't see us. We are sitting right outside the store, where she told us too. A guy walks right in and she proceeds to ask him what he needs and gets him in a seat. She has purple ish hair and many face piercings. Overall a very rude and frustrating experience. Please pay attention to your job and your customers next time instead of being distracted on a phone.

2 nights ago, I purchased an electronic lighter. Next morning I went to open it, noticed the packaging was taped shut, the lighter's label was half peeled off, and the charger gone. We went to return it, because obviously no one checked it was all there when it was returned, and the person doing our return told someone else to just tape something shut. Great to see I have to check everything I buy for tape to see if I might as well go grocery shopping at a second hand store. Then we looked for storage bins and found 3 completely destroyed, unusable. We went back tonight and saw a light bulb for a car with the packaging destroyed. Grabbed a different one and went to check out. A handful of mushed up bread was in the section where candy bars are. I know it was a handful because a manager in line behind me grabbed it before I could get a picture, then gave me a dirty look. If you don't want pictures of your store looking bad, then stay more on top of it. Not my fault your store is disgusting. Keep your looks to yourself, sir.

It really is a shithole. I know I'm a snob and freely admit it but it's like being in a zoo. They completely screwed up the online photos I sent for prints. I asked for 31, I got 74, all dark and gloomy. And where was the shredder there told me was in stock? Out of stock of course. I really have to remember not to come here unless I'm desperate.
