Booked an appointment 1PM on a weekday to change my winter tires to all seasons. I came on time, checked in, but service was so slow that it took 3.5 hours for me to get my car back. An entire afternoon gone. The Jamaican guy there was like the sloth from zootopia.

Horrific experience. They sell you $1000’s worth of tires but don't want to stand behind the warranty. I can tell you this, I will NEVER purchase tires from them again!
