First time ever ordering pizza from here . Came not cut all the way. I order it to my job & didn't have a knife. Top of the pizza had a puddle of grease in the middle. Very bad experience wont be ordering again

I went in to get a lighter on September 26 at 10pm, a regular PIC lighter. A cupcake design. Its my sisters birthday and I needed to light her cake. The lady wearing pink said I need an ID and its the law in newyork that an ID is required to buy a lighter. THAT is not true information(take a look at the picture for the actual law) she refused my cash because i didnt have an ID. A $10 bill. Im almost 30 years old and never in my life have i been ID'd for a bic lighter. her refusing my cash doesn't defeat the fact I needed a lighter for my sisters birthday. So I walked off with it. A lighter for $2.19. It probably cost 25 cents to make. She then yelled at me and started recording me. She then followed me out of the building STILL RECORDING ME. Im sorry lady but I tried to give you my money, you made up a fake law, that's on you but you dont have the right to put a camera in my face and antagonize a customer. The store has cameras already and I do not consent to you recording me. I hope you have a better day, and learn some laws.

Came in to purchase some pizza and coffee and was practically ignored by the cashier Jen. We literally had to yell “hey can you help us?” Then she came walking so slow and had a bad attitude. The whole time I was making the purchase just felt so uncomfortable. Not coming back because of this bad experience. This employee needs to be investigated and let go because she is destroying business

Jen makes everything a bad experience. Most of the workers are very friendly. I come 2-3 times a day. Jen is always so rude and has no patience for you. She hates her job so much. I always have a problem with her with the most simplest purchases. Even with a simple coffee purchase she doesn’t have patience, gets mad and tosses her hands in the air like she’s bothered. Today I brought my wife and kid inside. Again, she was so rude, and had no patience for us. My wife is a new member and wanted to use her reward. Jen was really rude about it with a bad look on her face. I strongly suggest management take her out of this place, she is not a good employee. Makes good customers feel bad. Everyone there likes me as I literally come all the time and never cause any problems and just get a simple coffee every time. Jen is the only issue there. Other than that good place great people. But since Jen is their it’s gets a 1 star. She is that bad.

Bought 2 pizzas and never seen a pizza this bad. When the guy handed us the pizza he didn’t say anything about how bad it was, he just said how it’s hot be careful. Mostly dough and almost no toppings.

Ordered a pizza with specific instructions, INCLUDING A FREAKIN' DIAGRAM, on how to slice my pizza into strips. While describing what I wanted, another individual chimed in that they would TRY to slice it that way. Seriously?? Sure enough, I returned to find a wedge cut pizza. If it weren't the second time they screwed it up, both with specific instructions, it wouldn't be a big deal. Shame on me for expecting a level of performance that a second grader could accomplish.... Won't make that mistake again!

Worst pizza service. Order was wrong. It was late because they ran out of pizza boxes. Waited at the counter for a few minutes before an employee stopped stocking shelves to see what I needed. They rushed it because I had waited so long and the pizzas were undercooked. I remained polite and was never offered an apology by the manager hiding at the cup station nor the employee behind the counter. Incompetence and unprofessionalism at its best!

Finished up working over by this location. Every morning Id stop in and grab a sandwich or a coffee to get my day started. Kingsley the manager was always on top of things and made my mornings which a lot of the time were hectic to begin with a lot easier to get through. Top notch service!
