“Not my usual go to hobby lobby, but it's a pretty decent store. Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was clean. Zero complaints , just not sure I want to say I loved it. Definitely liked it a lot and would go back”

“Great Guy, very knowledgeable . Going in here feels like a place you can learn and be informed instead of somewhere you need your guard up so you don't get ripped off. Very HELPFUL and awesome staff. Easy- Access storefront and they give ballpark estimates on the phone”

“I had trouble locating another cake of yarn after needing more. Found out it came from a 12 pack. So clerk gave me reference # for single one that I could order from company. Had trouble navigating website. And customer service also got error code when they tried to order it. So when I called back and they were able to order me a single cake of yarn. They waived the shipping charge! Thank you Joy from Fairmount, NY store for giving me info yarn and phone rep Branny for processing my order. It's always a pleasure working with live people!”
