"pro-service" desk was absolutely pathetic. I stood there, with no one else in line and was not given the time of day. The women with with grey short hair was more worried about finding her phone than even acknowledging me. I will be purchasing my home improvement items at Lowe's moving forward. Not sure if it was because I am brown and she's an older white lady or she just plan sucks at her job. There were two women there, one left as soon as she saw me and the other stood in front of me looking for her phone.

Please staff some cashiers during the weekends. Self checkout is wildly inefficient when you have four separate people that require assistance from your one “Checkout Monitor”.

We came in this afternoon to look at a few items and get ideas for a project we are working on...... Place was organized we knew exactly where we're going when we walked in.... Just as we walked in the front door a lady was at the Front registers and greeted us with a hello.....

I went to the Home Depot on Milton Ave, Camillus NY looking for a specific battery that's been discontinued by Craftsman. Patty came to my aid and found said battery and showed me where the place is, making sure I took a picture of the information she googled for me. She ended up educating me on several garden necessities and batteries amps and volts and what have you even though they don't carry Craftsman. ( Which by the way I will never buy again.... Craftsman used to be a good company. Not anymore)
Patty was delightful, knew everything you could possibly know regarding lawn mowers, blowers, weed eaters and extension pruners.
She also works multiple jobs and has multiple degrees! I imagine she knows pretty much everything there is to know throughout Home Depot.
She's a prize for any employer!!!
I look forward to reaching out to Patty this Spring for more gardening expertise!!!!
